Unfortunately, what I experienced was the exact opposite. I requested a mild deep tissue and stress-relieving massage, but instead, the therapist (Jo Lan-Tsai) stepped on my back with her full body weight. I clearly disclosed that I am asthmatic, and yet she applied such pressure that I struggled to breathe -- how is that supposed to be therapeutic or relieving? In addition, her massage technique was rough and careless. At one point, she pressed directly on my closed eyes with noticeable force. It was painful and incredibly unprofessional. This was not a relaxing nor a healing experience. I left feeling worse than when I came in. My back is now sore and aching from the excessive pressure she used while stepping on me. I genuinely regret coming here and will not be returning. First time -- and absolutely the last. Not recommended.

She also kindly gave us parking tips. My massage was with Sandeep who was incredibly strong and knowledgable. He gave me the deep tissue massage that I was looking for which left me feelng wonderfully relaxed. My husband raved about his masseuse, Konstantin. The price for each was CAD96 plus tax for an hour which felt very fair given the high quality of the massages. Definitely recommend!
