There are around 15 masseuse working the day I went because the place was very full in the waiting lounge which was a downside. They have a steam shower in the ladies room and a hot tub which I love! I wish there was also a coed one for me and my husband to meet up and hangout in but i can live without that. Don't even bother bringing your husband here this is the best place for YOU time. I told them my experience and they said they would look into that masseuse's skills etc. I was not offered money back or anything. I discovered multiple bruises on my legs from this massage. The owner is nice but lacking customer service skills I would not recommend this place. There is a better Hammam place in the south that I prefer and I would recommend the Fairmont for massage. I had the Dilek (I believe her name was) for my treatment and she scrubbed me sooo clean and gave me such nice massage through out with moroccan rhassoul clay + argan oil! When she was scrubbing me, she came over to show me the skin that came off my body, and I was slightly mortified to know how much dead skin came off! Also, the room that you go in is absolutely dreamy as well! You lay on a huge marble slab. Sooo luxurious! All in all, it was an amazing experience! The massage provided by the therapist is too gentle, it needs to be improved quite a bit: More pressure with hands and tools would be ideal, as I've had better scalp massages from simply getting my hair washed during a cut/colour. The ring shower feels nice, and another tool is used in addition to this, but this was the only (brief) part of the experience that felt nice. The products used seemed fine, but it's all about the manual pressure on the scalp during massage! Please improve this treatment. Using a variety of tools would be ideal. Also, only about half of my scalp actually received the treatment due to my head being on a head rest, I feel like the therapist really needs to get in there and treat the whole scalp! Will only try again if reviews improve, otherwise it is not worth it.
