I was in the process of hiring a contractor to remodel my home at this time, and he came on Feb. 19th to look around. Given the contractor's reputation, I hired him. Immediate concern was given to all the main level floors, as they proved to be all uneven. He went into the crawl space with a flood light and when he came out related that ALL the joists were rotten and the floor issues were stemming from that ....my house was literally sinking due to no support. Given this terrible report, it would be ludicrous to have D-Bug do anything, I would be literally giving them $13600 to do nothing, because it would all have to be torn out when my contractor and his crew attacked the same problem. I asked my contractor to relay the info to D-Bug. He told D-Bug he would take care of the problems, and that we wouldn't be needing them (they were to start in 3 days!) They said due to the circumstances, they'd issue me a refund check in the full amount. I called D-Bug 3x asking where my check was. First time the ?owner was on the "other line". Second time he was not in the office (didn't he have a cell phone?). Third time he got on the phone and said "all deposits are non-refundable" despite the fact he told my contractor he'd issue me a full refund!! I explained I'm living on Social Security and needed that $1360 badly. So far they have proven to have poor assessment skills of what really needs done and that they are also LIARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Boy did they deliver! Brendan came out to our house twice to ensure the measurements were correct. I got a tour of the 'shop' , which is immaculate. Their selection, including of drawer pulls & knobs is outstanding. Though my order was not a huge one (two built in medicine cabinets, one wall mount & one vanity), we were treated like it was a big deal--it sure was to us! The one drawer on the vanity had to be cut to accommodate plumbing. I thought I'd be waiting a week to get it. Not only did they finish it that day (a Friday) but they brought it out so we'd have it for the weekend. The details on the cabinets are impeccable, inside and out. The shelf pegs are metal, not shoddy plastic, like most others. The seams on the cabinets are invisible- the workmanship is just outstanding. I highly recommend Caruso Cabinets.

They said they never got the request, so O K , set up an appointment. That was today for 1.00 to 1.30 pm. At 2.20 pm, get a phone call from Denny saying their estimator was tied up in Mt Pleasant! Why was he still in that town, when he is already almost an hour late for me in Delmont area ? I told him, nobody called me to say they will be late until he called at 2.20 pm! He said the girl in the office was not in today because of the weather. It snowed on Sunday, today is Tuesday! So who is running the show at this place? I should of been called by the estimator at 1.00 pm saying he couldn't make the appointment time and perhaps reschedule. They did not respect my time and I would only imagine how things might go if i would hire them to do my kitchen. From others I talked to, things changed there since Denny is in control and that's all I needed to hear. I want results and expect at least a phone call. No way would I put up with such nonsense and lack of accountability to trust them with my kitchen overhaul.

She was able to remove old stains on my windows that had been there for a long long time. She was quick and careful, and for a moment there, I thought maybe she had wings, she was that agile. The gutters are great, too. Her requested fee was so low that I actually gave her a little more because the job she did was so good.
