The car came with long NCT, 12 month warranty plus free 1 year roadside assistance with AA. When ask mechanic to do 5 min. small thing, he said "we are not doing like that, we do it properly, by doing this and that". Eventually, it was done as I asked, but I was charged for as agreed to be done "professionally". When I asked to reduce the price, I was told that "this and that" was also done. So I had to be happy about it, but I wasn't. Garage itself looks trustworthy and high class. I will definitely bring my car for repairs again and hopefully I won't get any weird cases anymore. One better things about it was that we arranged that my car will be delivered to me after it was repaired. This is a great service. Price is hard to compare, but I'd not say it's too pricey.
