She sent us photos and videos as requested and we were totally reassured that he was being beautifully cared for, which of course enabled us to enjoy our holiday. Louise was completely practical dealing with some unexpected mice visitors and left the house immaculate. I was rather moved that she had washed the bedding and put it out on the line to dry. So not only did we have a lovely time knowing Bozie was happy but our return home was really nice too.

She was wonderful ..... we met her a couple of months before our trip .... then once more to hand over keys etc. just a day before our holiday. She sent us photos, updates and texts while we were away. In short we were on holiday knowing our two cats were taken care of VERY well and we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING ...... not just the cats .... the house too. We would DEFINITELY be using VIP's again for future holidays and hopefully Giovanna can look after our cats again. VIP's .... AND Giovanna ...... thank you so so much.

Before I discovered this pet supplies store, I was buying from Amazon, which was often sold out of the only type of litter I liked. When I found this store, I saw they had a huge selection of everything, from dry and wet cat food, to raw treats to litter, toys...you name it. Prices are really competitive - beats or matches what I have found on Amazon but without having to wait for shipping. Their membership card is free and a portion of the store's proceeds go to charity of your choice. You can also find small pets here: small birds and parrots, gerbils, rabbits and chinchillas. They also have dog grooming. Those who say you can get a better deal at Tesco obviously aren't picky about the quality of products they are getting for their pets. I don't buy my cat any processed junky crap you find at Tesco and Sainsburys - I once had a cat develop IBS as a result of that sh*tty food. I only buy grain free organic now with as few ingredients as possible. I want my cat to live a long healthy life and stores like this make it possible. They have a small section of bits and pieces to buy for your animals and a large range of various healthy food behind the counter. Every single time I go my very anxious cats are delayed by at least 30 minutes, sometimes as long as an hour, sat waiting outside for their appointment. And every single time (over a year and many appointments to deal with allergies) blood work, results, prescriptions etc have been delayed which causes further harm to my pets. like I say, some of the vets are wonderful but I am changing vets finally after a year of trying to get anything on time when my cats are ill and in need of treatment. It's unacceptable service and wait time compared to many other vets out there. If you have a cat who is nervous at the vet, I would think twice about going here.

The shop is well stocked and features a wide selection of Royal Canin and Hills Science Diet varieties. Annoyingly, there is a slight charge for card payments and every time I try to beat the system, by buying an extra sachet of food, or packet of cat treats, I end up spending more than intended. On several occasions I have used coupons sent to me by cat food companies against products and the staff have been gracious in accepting them, which doesn't always happen in shops!
