The premises are modern and welcoming - more like a private doctors surgery than a vets waiting room which left me concerned about what my bill would be like but I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the invoice - much less than I am used to paying!! Would happily recommend Alyson and her fabulous team to every pet owner in the area!

The vet wanted to cut of the blood supply to my cats mouth lucky for us we was also seeing a specialist vet elsewhere and they was quick to put a stop to this by telling this incompetent vet that you should not do this for obvious reasons. Furthermore my cat had been bleeding from her mouth for 4 years they did not give her steroid, i went to a different vets they gave her steroid and the 4 years of bleeding stopped. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! you will put your pet in danger.

STUDENT UNSUPERVISED TRAINING GROUND, NO PROFESSIONALS BE WARNED, REAL BAD SERVICE…read more I pay top money for a professional vet to see my kitten but all they seem to have is a different unsupervised student attending to my kitten every time i go there, never a fully qualified specialist. They prescribed eye drops for my kitten which are dangerous for her, luckily i changed my vets in time after becoming suspicious. Therefore i have changed my vets to an independent vet just down the same road called Cape veterinary clinic who are brilliant and i get to see the same vet every time with over 12 years experience. My kittens eyes were in a bad way for 2 weeks due to them giving her the wrong medicine. The new vet gave me a different medicine and she was better in less than a day. The vet that gave the wrong medicine to my kitten looked no older than 22 and she was definitely a student and she was not even being supervised and just making up her own mind and giving out eye drops which could have caused my kitten to have severe problems.
