Our cat gave birth to four kittens, and due to an unforeseen circumstance, we had to seek veterinary assistance at this clinic. We were attended to by Locum Vet Nomfundo Ndlwana, and unfortunately, our encounter left us deeply dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and care provided. Nomfundo Ndlwana's demeanor during our visit was unprofessional. She did not offer advice, and her dismissive attitude only heightened our anxiety. Moreover, her handling of the required C-section procedure lacked the empathy one would expect from a professional in the field. We requested information on the expected duration of the procedure due to family commitments, especially concerning the care of the kittens. Unfortunately, our queries were met with sarcastic remarks and a lack of consideration for our concerns. This unprofessional behavior further intensified our distress. Subsequently, we expressed our grievances to the receptionist, who provided advice and assistance. However, our dissatisfaction persisted, prompting us to share our experience through a review. In response, we received an email from Manager Luke Frewin, acknowledging the issues and assuring us that the locum vet would not be working with their clinic again. He also offered £200 to remove the review. While we appreciate Mr. Frewin's efforts to address the situation, additional concerns arose. The lack of clear communication regarding the neutering procedure and its impact on the mother cat's ability to feed her kittens left us deeply troubled. Furthermore, the manager's promise to discuss our concerns during an appointment did not materialize, and the subsequent email, while apologizing for the oversight, did not fully address the emotional and practical challenges we are facing. Our cat's neutering, which was not an emergency, has now deprived the kittens of their mother's milk. This unexpected and distressing situation has taken a toll on our family, causing considerable stress and sleepless nights. I have no idea what Danielle S is trapping on about but to be frank she is talking complete rot. My two dogs have been going to Streatham Hill vets for around 10 years. They have both been treated with the upmost of care and respect. They have both received surgery at this veterinary practice and have both come out of it with fantastic results. Im slightly concerned that Danielle S did not voice any concerns at the time if she was that concerned by the treatment she received. Im ever so slightly sceptical that she has even visited this veterinary surgery. Are you on their book Danielle S????? When it comes to Sandra Strong i have nothing but high regard and respect for the woman. Sandra has not only taken care of the two most precious 'people' in my life, she has trained then, loved them and been an adoptive parent when myself and my partner have been away. I trust her that much that she even has keys to my flat in case of emergency. Sandra Strong has trained both my dogs from the first day we got them. She has even auditioned my eldest for film and TV through her 'Dogs on Camara' company and he has been fortunate to have been selected for several productions. Last year he appeared on a commercial and was one of the talked about dogs on Twitter. My dog loved the attention and his second homes are at Sanders house and on set. Ive even worked with Sandra on film sets myself and I could not recommend her services enough. Dogs are her life and to read a review that claims that she is some sort of amateur is a complete disgrace. Danielle S.....is this your first puppy?....Im guessing it is. Do you have much experience with dogs?......Im guessing you don't. Do you have much experience with vets?.......again I'm thinking no. Your smearing peoples livelihoods here. We have been using the Streatham Hill vet for eight months now. Obviously the vet is somewhere you would hope not to have to go to too often but on the occasions we have taken our puppy the service has been good. We have been greeted pleasantly, seen efficiently and come out with the desired results. It seems a little excessive to write a negative review based on whether a person smiles at your dog, doesn't conduct unnecessary invasive tests and a potential computer glitch. We have also been using Sandra and Jeanette's puppy day-care for the last eight months and of this I cannot speak highly enough. Our puppy currently goes four/five days a week and LOVES it. Both Sandra and Jeanette have been nothing but professional, helpful and caring. My husband and I trust them 100% with our dog. It truly is a home from home. Again it seems a little excessive to write a negative review because someone alerted you to the fact that your puppy was sick. To me that seems helpful and caring. Dogs get sick, it cannot be helped. I understand that not everyone has had the same experiences we have been lucky enough to have but I agree with Lee W here, before writing a negative review contemplate what exactly you are basing it on, this is someone's livelihood. read more

I have just read Danielle's review and this doesn't tie in with my experience of the vet, and Sandra Strong's daycare at all. My puppy has been going there since September and absolutely loves it. Both Sandra and Jeanette are very professional and as important, treat each dog with care and affection. I suspect from the tone of the comment the Danielle isn't mature enough to engage directly with the vet and Sandra. The tone of it just seems very odd, as does the presence of another derogatory view at a similar time. read more

The vets at this surgery are by far the most compassionate and kind vets I have met (and I have met a good few). Their care has always been top notch and their treatments make them the most progressive vets in the area! Staff are warm and welcoming and always make us feel at home even when it is busy. Thank you Dane and Vanessa for putting my baby back together after a horrific RTA where we thought it was all lost . As a family we are soooo greatful! read more
