You enter in the 1st produce area. On the right is all your pastas, salsas, pickles, dairy, non dairy, and everything in between. On the left is breads, meats, more produce, treats, and tons of local products (soups, Perogies, candies, etc.). Prices are very reasonable and they have amazing options specials. Currently, if you spend $25, you get a free bag of potatoes. Service is wonderful. They make it really easy to come back. Children carts (that are cleaned frequently), and plenty of hand sanitizers scattered around the store. Plenty of parking too. We checked out the apples on sale - and some 'pink lady' apples came home with me. The owner was sure friendly, and most-willing to answer any questions we had. The "Taste of the Market" event is always organized before the Christmas season each year. I always enjoy the vendors' products, such as cheese, cooked foods, chocolate, olive oil, cured meats, desserts, and more. This event is really fun! Each product is unique and delicious, and we get to try small bites from every vendor. This year, all the vendors' foods were excellent. I especially enjoyed Mt. Lehman Cheese's aged cheddar, Those Pretzels, Lepp Market's turkey cranberry sausage, Grass Roots' smoked cheese, Madame Loïk's whipped cheese, Callister Craft Soda, Centennial's cookie dough spread, Fraser Valley hazelnuts, Charlie Ivy's olive oil, and a cranberry spread served on top of nachos (unfortunately, I forgot the vendor's name). 'singling out another veggie for special mention'…read more It is 'Baby Gai Choy' ('Chinese Mustard Green'), and was observed on a shelf at LFM druing a recent shopping stop. I had not recalled seeing this particular veggie before. Short-stemmed, with long and broad leaves, bagged (like the other 'choys' sold there), the individual bags standing tall, and the product sure looking fresh. And though I had never tried, or even heard of this veggie before, I decided a good-sized bag was comng hme with me. Wow!! there has been no looking back on this purchase with any regret, we have totally enjoyed it. It has an amazing, distinctive "peppery-mustard" flavour, especially noticeable when used uncooked, or only lightly cooked. For us, making it great to use in sandwiches, or salads. But it retains its flavour when cooked. So can, and has added its wonderful green colour and flavour to dishes I have prepared in the microwave oven, and on the stovetop and indoor griddle. I have really enjoyed how the flavour lingers in the mouth after eating -- a mild, and spicy-warmth. I believe it is the 'baby branded' product that particularly meets my descriptions. Unsure if it is sold, at least to the general public, once it grows and ages much further. Glad I saw, and chose to purchase and try it. But will sure miss it when we have finished what I bought, and may be unable to catch a replacement!
