My wife and I have gone here for three decades, but it was recently sold and when I took in four men's dress shirts today, one of the new owner's employees insisted that three of the four had to be pressed by hand, thus doubling the price. When I pointed out they had been cleaned there many times before in the usual way, she was dismissive and rude. When I pointed out that one was just cotton chambray, exactly like the one she was prepared to be machine pressed, she said it couldn't be because of its buttons--they were brown plastic instead of white. We have loved this place and especially its amazing seamstress Vicki, but today's experience felt more like attempted fraud than professional service and until they undergo another management change, I fear we won't be going back. I usually go to Spring Dry Cleaning, but the location of this place (so close to campus!) was tempting. Oops. The teenagers at the counter looked irritated that I even showed up and interrupted them. I explained I wanted a stain treated and she said "well we're all out of the spot markers, but everything usually comes out in the cleaning so whatever." Picked up the garment a week later and not only was the stain not out, it was much larger and worse. I pointed it out and the teenagers said oh well, nothing we can do about it and its our policy not to offer refunds. Great. Not an adult in sight. You just ruined my $300 pants that I love and I will never be back to this place. I understand that mistakes happen, but absolutely zero effort to make it right. read more

Before today, I'd leave them a five star review as they have always been fast, helpful, and professional. However, three weeks ago we sent two suits to be dry cleaned - when they came back, both of them had a really bad heavy smell - like age old sweat. Sent in to be cleaned again but the smell persisted. Our suits aren't really dirty to begin with, but after paying them, they became unwearable. Gone are the $24 bucks we pay them and the days without the suits. Looking for another cleaner now to hopefully clean up the mess they created. Edit - changed from one star to three stars since owner reached out and was willing to explain. I am still pretty disappointed with the service I received. read more

My experience here was disappointing. I dropped off clothes to be washed, dried, and folded. This place charges $1.00 per pound..whereas most places charge around $.80 to $.85 per pound. The results were disappointing, especially for the higher prices. The clothes were mostly wrinkled, and did not have any pleasant/clean smell to them. I gave this place a try since it was close to my dorm, but I will have to try somewhere else.. read more

I used to give my cloths to them for dry cleaning. However, there was one time, I sent a pant to them for dry cleaning. The pant was in perfect condition when I sent it to them. After a couple of days, they gave me a call said my pant's hem felt off. They said they can fix it with $26 dollars. I told them, when I sent my pant in, there was no such problem. I just expected them to fix it for free. They said it happens all the time and they were not responsible for it. I went to store and talked with the manager/owner. She rejected to admit the pant was destroyed by the store. Finally I still had to pay the dry cleaning fee. I will never go back to the store. I suggest you try other dry cleaning stores. This one thinks they have the good location so they can provide bad services. read more

I went here for a long time and didn't have any issues. I dropped a skirt off and never had any concern. So, when I got my skirt back and it had this weird discoloration, I figured they'd make it right. They didn't. In fact, they were pretty ridiculous to work with (wouldn't return multiple phone calls; would tell me to come in at one time to speak to the owner and then she wouldn't be in; etc.). When I finally got to talk to the owner, she insinuated the discoloration was due to some medication I was on or because I had some sort of "bodily fluid" on the skirt (she then told me a story of how spots can happen due to urination as though I had somehow urinated all over my pencil skirt? crazy.). I'll give it to her that she did try to rerun it to see if it would fix it, but when it didn't work, fell completely off the grid and wouldn't return phone calls, emails, etc., and now I'm out a $140 pencil skirt. If they had made it right, I probably would have gone back. But if you have any issues, don't expect them to do anything. read more

Worst dry cleaner ever. Clothes aren't pressed well and spots and stains are not removed. I've had to take my items back several times before they looked half way decent. If you are planning to clean some designer brand clothing, trust me, NEVER consider here!!! They ruined my black blazer and asked me to call the department store for refund. They argue it's the fabric problem makes the blazer fades after dry clean. As we all know, the type, quantity of the chemicals applied on the clothing and also the methods applied during cleaning process affects the final clean results. If treated properly by using the high quality chemicals to clean, it shouldn't fade. Also at the end of the sleeve area, the color transferred to the inner side of the blazer which is made of silk. This is also shouldn't happen if being treated properly. This cleaner store never pay anything by doing such horrible things like that. Although the department store is being very nice to refund me fully of this one year old blazer, I still lost it. All in all, if you really love some pieces of your clothing, NEVER NEVER NEVER trust this place since they don't deserve it at all!!!!! read more
