However, that changed today when I found out they are permanently closing the drive-thru service. The parking at this location is not convenient and people who have difficulty walking are being asked to somehow get themselves parked and into the lobby to stand in line for service. That presents another problem since there are only 2 tellers and they are very slow. A poor customer came in on a walker and had to lean on the counter waiting to make a deposit that could have been done easily in the drive-thru. Everyone that banks here needs to complain about the drive-thru closure and make them re-open it.
