Poor customer service provided. Talked to representative on 02/27/2023 regarding reviewing my policy to get a lower rate. The representative stated she would call back after reviewing. Today I called the representative ask well what did I want a review or cancel my policy. Nevertheless I have been a customer for at least 35 years. I cannot get a call back about service. Some of the agents representing Allstate Insurance Company in this specific Conyers Location are the most difficult, rude and unprofessional. The service and attention was just deficient and the representatives or "agents" were just lacking communication skills as well as good customer service. I truly believe they are not trained about their service/product. My mother has been with Allstate for a while now. Always pays her bill in the office with the agent. We added a car an the representative poorly presented my mom a quote with little detail. My mom went in the office and paid the amount the representative told her. They didn't bother to tell her that she was paying the wrong amount but gladly took the payment and charged her a fee for processing the payment. I feel the least they could do is provide her a accurate balance.Then they cancelled the insurance with no notification although they claim the sent an email as well as a traditional letter on the mail for which they also charger her a fee to sent, however we never received neither one. Then we my mom walked in to make a payment the agents explains our insurance has been cancelled and follows with "I can't help you". This was unacceptable since when I asked her what is the purpose of having an agent she replied "to service you". Well this is exactly what they failed at. Blondie bullied her and blamed her for their mistake, showed no compassion to a loyal customer that for the last 4 years has always paid her bill. And treated my mom and me as second class citizens. Blondie claimed that she "don't know" what the agent had quoted my mother and the agent was no longer there and she was not responsible and there was nothing she could do but take a very payment. Then I asked to speak with her manager and she assured me she would have her call me first thing in the morning and I actually didn't receive a call until after noon and only because I emailed her. My mom, my brother and I all work weekends and had to drive with out insurance for 3 days because that's how long it would take Allstate to process our payment. We could have ended up in jail but none of us have the luxury of being able to take off from work because our insurance agents are incapable of communicating with us. Once I spoke with Mrs. Randolph she explained the matter with full detail I just wish that the agents that represent her and Allstate had been as knowledgeable and had communicated before the situation had gotten to that point specially since we are not asking for discounts, and we are definitely not not trying to skip our bill. We make it a priority to pay or car insurance every month but no one had taken the time let us know the exact amount. How simple was that. I try to be fair and open minded. However, my experience as well as my mothers is that Allstate Insurance: Stacey Randolph-Castillo is an agency where clients have almost no hope of getting exceptional service. Adequate, perhaps. Allstate Insurance is an excellent insurer. However I am very disappointed in some of their basic customer service skills and for someone who customer service is all this is a deal breaker. ****Edit**** Also they only post their good reviews on their website which is unfair to costumers. read more
