It's clear his commitment to quality work trickles through his staff. My wife's 2013 Hyundai Sonata was rear-ended during a Twin Cities trip a while back. I investigated different shops around the county to make the repairs and chose Beau and his team. We were completely satisfied with the results. The Sonata is a black car. If you know black cars at all you know they reveal the slightest imperfections. We picked up the repaired Sonata shiny like-new. I've been back to see Beau several times for advice, even with questions unrelated to fixing something damaged on a car. Most recently it concerned my boat. I needed to spray paint the lower leg of its outboard motor but it was too cold to do it outside. I called Beau, told him my problem and he said bring it over Friday afternoon after 1:30. He offered to let me park the rig in one of his bays after work that Friday. He had a spot for it. "I'll make it easy for you," he said. "Unhitch it out back, leave the can of spray paint in the lobby, I'll spray it for you. Pick it up on Monday." He didn't have to do that, he would say later, it wasn't a tough job. Can't say enough great things about Kious Kountry! By far the friendliest and most attentive auto body I've ever dealt with. They are honest and do incredible work from start to finish. My vehicle was banged up in the front from an accident. I called Beau, he had me bring my car up to the shop and within the next week they had it in shop working on it.The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Beau is such a great person to work with. He is kind, communicative, and a hard worker. My vehicle was in a fender bender and he took care of everything! He talked to my insurance company, got all the parts needed, and had a loaner for me for the entirety of the time they had my vehicle. I hit a deer and had my vehicle fixed in less than two weeks. They fixed my vehicle like it was their own. Parts were new not repaired as the truck had only 5000 on it.
