I took my 2012 Honda Civic to East side and they quoted my damages at $4600 (but i only had $500 deductible, thank goodness!!!). My car was dropped off on a monday morning, and I got it back on that thursday afternoon. The only thing is that East side hires a guy from minneapolis who is an expert in fixing vehicles with specifically hail damage, so that's good but also it prevented the guy from getting my car fixed right away because east side had to set up a week where the guy could come down. The hail storm was June 29th and my car was brought to East side on July 21st (because that was the earliest they could get the guy down to Decorah). With that being said, they knew I need to leave that week because I was moving to Houston, Texas, so they made sure my car was the one of the first ones they fixed. My car now looks amazing and it seriously looks like a brand new car again. Thanks so much East side!

Although they do have snacks. Also have free coffee for shoppers convenience which is nice. Brought my cargo buddy in here to have one of the tires fixed. Turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated. They worked on it and got it fixed and charged me regular price. Was expecting more due to it taking so long. Just before the snow fell I bought some mole bait. Guess that will have to wait until spring. All in all I have had very positive experiences here at Village Farm & Home Store. Three thumbs up

I have heard good things about his work from any local car place I've talked to. Leon is honest. His diagnoses of car issues are skilled and accurate. Before I bought a used car recently, he evaluated it free of charge, and caught an issue that another mechanic had missed. Leon goes above and beyond the call of duty. He has fit my car into his schedule quickly to do brief check-outs and diagnoses at no charge, though he is very busy. He is easy to communicate with because he is direct, respectful and patient. Cars are not my forte, and I've never been talked down to, or experienced condescension.
