Recently i had some work done and because it was not a good time financially to have the work done, i spoke with April and she was able to work it out so i could get the work done. I was very hesitant to get it done because of the experience i had last year with LAVEN ELECTRIC AND THAT EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I saw the laven reviews online and they were good but the owner would not come to the house and see the mistakes. I had to consult with a lawyer and was advised to take them to court even the kansas attorney general told me to take laven electric to court which was more expense i could not afford. i just took my losses on that one. he made a small compensation but not enough to fix the problems he left me with. April at Denney's restored my faith that there are actually some good companies around that will do good work and stand behind their work. April went above and beyond helping me arrange to have the work done and there were absolutely no problems in getting the work done correctly. April is a great asset to Denney's as i am sure is true of all of their employees.

Yelp sent my request to Billy and after messaging, I had him come out to give us a formal quote. We talked with him about the work to be done and any prep work that we might be able to do that could lower the cost for his team and in turn, for us. Billy chatted with us and we agreed on some ideas for prep we could do that would reduce costs and we thought all was well. A few weeks later, we scheduled Billy to come out and paint our whole lower level interior of our home but then ended up deciding to just start with the kitchen and have Billy come back for the rest later. Billy said that wasn't a problem. Well fast forward to the day of our job - Billy never showed up. He rejected my calls, completely disappeared and was unreachable. Since I had been the one talking with Billy, we had my husband try Billy's number from his phone. Surprise, Billy answered immediately. Once he realized it was my husband, he fed us a bunch of excuses and said he'd come out two days later. Two days later and still nothing and then he began ignoring my husband's calls too. We lost 6 weeks of time waiting on Billy and trusting that he would follow through and we're still dealing with the repercussions. If he didn't want to work with me or needed to charge more, I really wish he would have just told me instead of wasting critical time during a pandemic when work is already difficult to schedule.

They blew us away with their speed, how careful their were with our house( because we still had to live here) and their professionalism and how beautiful everything turned out!! We can't recommend Bill and his team enough! We actually hired them again to paint he exterior of our home! We reached out to a few other contractors, and KBR's professionalism and price was unmatched! Bill was on site every day and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it! We could not recommend KBR Contracting enough!! You will not be disappointed with their work!
