I got a very fast response from Curtis the day I was receiving the quote for painting my primary…read morebedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet. He arrived on time and was very communicative and his bid undercut the competition by quite a bit. He chose the start time of 8am the following Saturday. We had the rooms cleared and cleaned and waited. And waited. And waited! My husband and I tried calling and texting several times to no avail. So after an hour and a half we decided to just go buy the supplies and do it ourselves. As I'm leaving the store with all the stuff he calls me! Says he lost his phone and he'd already bought the paint, but I was upset and said well I just did too so sorry! He hung up on me. So we get home and get started painting, but my husband is bone on bone in his knees and this is a big job for inexperienced painters like us. Low and behold I get another call from Curtis who is apologizing and explaining that he messed up and understands we're upset and he'll come right now and do the job for $300 under his bid. We decided to let bygones be bygones and agree. He says that he and his wife will leave their place in half an hour and be here..... Three hours and several unanswered calls and texts later, still no Curtis!! I don't know what happened but I will never attempt to contract with him or recommend A D C Painting to anyone! It was a colossal joke and waste of time and energy that we just don't have. If you decide to take this company on for yourself, I hope you are ready for some serious disappointment.
