I've been coming here for 3 years and will never be going back. I made an appointment for 4:30PM and showed up 15 minutes early. After waiting 30 minutes a walk-in client showed up and just sat in a chair. I thought "surely they will take me first as I have been sitting here and have an appointment". Wrong. They proceeded to tell me that this walk-in arrived before me and that I would have to wait until they were finished. After I told them that I had an appointment and had been waiting for 45 minutes now they told me that I was wrong and to take a seat. They were so incredibly rude and disrespectful and just walked out. They just lost my business and all of my friends business as well. Truly disgusted by this service. read more

Had my first threading experience here! Always waxed my eyebrows before, and used a local spa that would do a below average job and eventually my eyebrows lost their arches from their waxing and became uneven. I grew out my brows for three months and then came here! She effortlessly gave me great arches in minutes and was so sweet. Will definitely be going back. Cute little place! read more

My go-to place as she does a great job shaping my eyebrows. She's also good at instructing me not to do certain things so she can give me a better shape the next time. She does trim a little. I have been meaning to check this place out, as part of my "try new things" month. What a pleasant surprise! First of all, you don't even need an appointment. Secondly, Kiran is very sweet and gentle and extremely knowledgable about eyebrows. And thirdly- guys! It doesn't hurt! It really is almost a tickle, in my opinion. Oh, and I almost forgot! It only costs $7.00. Unbelievable. She has great hours- open all day every day( except Sunday). And she also does henna hand tattoos- the kind that last a week or so. This was my first time doing threading and I have a relatively low pain tolerance so my review may be skewed by that. However, I went in with the intent to wax my brows, knowing that threading would be too painful, but I was pressured into doing threading by Kiran. I understand that is her specialty, but I really didn't enjoy the experience and wish I had just gotten them waxed at a salon. There were some uneven parts in my brows and the tails are not defined. I went home and tweezed the middle and the tails more to my liking. It looks good overall, but there are details that I didn't like. read more

I don't know but I had a bad experience in this place, I scheduled an appointment at 11:30pm but I asked the person on the phone I wanted 12:00pm and he said they dont have that time available so I scheduled at 11:30pm, I arrived there at 11:15 everything was okay, until 11:30 I was waiting for my call, they clean the chair and I though it was gonna be for me but a person that just came after me, when I was way first they let her in and attended her first i was shocked and when i found out I just hope is in my mind and don't really want to think about it this way but when I found out is that the 3 ladies there were way after us sitting in the chairs getting services were white(caucasian) and a lady waiting way before me still didn't got service wasn't caucasian and another lady colored and me, so the caucasian got first served in this place while we were waiting way longer and i got so annoyed because I would just had rather arrived 12:00 they served me at 12:10 so I waited 40 minutes there, the threading hurts was uneven I didn't understand what the lady said and it was just to expensive for this kind of service then they wanted me to tip?! Im sorry I'm not coming to this place ever again I think they are racists here with colored people! Went to get my brows threaded after my nail appt, they were friendly and prompt. Kiran was my threader and she was super nice. I explained to her I had only done threading once before and it was very painful so she was very gentle with me. I have my brows microbladed and she kept the shape intact. Great experience. Fabulous threading! Very clean, nice environment. This was my first time here, there was definitely a wait but it is worth it. I waited probably 20 minutes, she is the only one doing the threading so it's only one person at a time. She shaped my eyebrows beautifully, I hate when they come out thin and she did not make them too thin. She even explained to me after and showed me where she left some hair to grow in some spots. She also did my upper lip, first waxed it then threaded, much less painful than just threading. Will return monthly!! Can't beat the price!! $15 for eyebrows and lip. read more

I would give ten stars if I could. Professional, humbly confident, eager to listen to her clients. Extremely talented. Best my eyebrows have ever been done - or ever looked. Eyebrow threading was new to me and am I ever sold!!! - especially considering last two times my brows were waxed my skin was torn. Threading Is really interesting - not painful / slightly tingles. I have recently moved to the area for work. I have naturally thick eyebrows and I'm always worried when I get my eyebrows done. Either they do them too thin or nothing at all. She listened to my request and even made some recommendations. Which I appreciate. Hands down the best eyebrow threading I've had in a long time. I didn't have to ask her to correct anything at all. Which I always have to do. I recommend this place to anyone into eyebrow threading. Only con is they close at 7 pm. I wish they stayed open a little later or at least open on Sun for a couple hours. She was very busy (which is expected on a Saturday morning), but she was quick once she finally got to my brows.
