In the same unprofessional capacity I've seen while I worked with their team, instead of replying my apologies, you'll be removed from our list, they blocked me. My first home buying experience with any realtor was with Jill judge so it really set the tone for what I did not want in a real estate team. The first time I ever went to tour condos, Jill said SHE would be touring homes with me. Instead, she sent a 20 year old male employee. For obvious reasons, as a woman, this is extremely poor behavior. Not only did she send this male employee, she didn't give me a heads up she was doing so. The coop I wanted to initiate an offer on got somewhat far along in the process until a good friend of mine discovered the building didn't allow animals. Allowing animals was one of my few requirements. From then on, Jill did little work to assist in this process, which is evident in the email I sent her from 2022. Again, I would not have written this review had her team exhibited any semblance of professionalism to a.) stop contacting me and b.) responding in any professional capacity instead of blocking the number. We went to make an offer on the property, and was instructed it required many steps including a cashiers check, etc. We were instructed to do all of this quickly and we complied. Later we were instructed to send over paystubs and additional info, and we also did, quite literally within minutes. 2-When I dropped off my cashiers check, the man there "Roger" did not give me a receipt. Instead he said "don't worry, we have handled much larger checks" Completely uncalled for and rude. 3-We were told we would get an update Tues. We got nothing. We called and left voicemails on Tues, and Thurs, we asked another agent to call to get information for us, and we sent several emails. We got no answer. 4-Finally when we called and got JD herself, she immediately told me we were not chosen for the property. (Uh, you didn't even ask me my name!) and then she went on to say, "Well you didn't have anyone representing you!" (Uh... well I thought the lady from your team was my representation?) We found out later they did not even run our credit check and simply chose the other applicant because they had offered 24 months instead of 12. Had they come back to us we may have considered counter offering. Meanwhile, she gave me a lecture on how they are representing their client and finding the best deal for their client. Utter rubbish. They did not keep us informed, they were insolent and had no regard for our time and time lost waiting for them could have been used to see other properties. But what is most unforgivable is that they knew we had a small child and were trying to make the transition for her quick and easy, and they simply did not care. I would strongly urge consumers not to use this company or JD herself. She is unprofessional, rude and antagonistic.

The problem is, I have to move out by the 18th, which is in 7 days, so canceling those checks will jam me up. Who loses cashiers checks. I believe they new I wasn't approved when I applied. Just be honest. Not happy with Weichert Realtors, at all. I do want to say the gentleman I worked with have been trying so hard to help track those cashiers checks.
