The office is bright, serenely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and felt very pampered and well taken care of. This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our session and even took advantage of getting additional saline to get extra hydrated for only $10 extra (it costs significantly more than that where I live). After being set up, Dr.Banfield gave us some privacy to relax and rejuvenate, checking in on us often to ensure we were ok. When we were done checking out and paying was very easy and quick. My daughter works full-time and goes to law school at night and not even 5mins after we left she told me how amazing and energized she felt and that she's convinced that this is something that she needs to do as part of her self-care...I couldn't agree more! The whole experience was professional, inviting/friendly, and custom-tailored. The cost of the services were the most affordable compared to other places I researched and there were no hidden fees or trying to upsell us any additional services or products (which I greatly appreciate). They have been wrong on more than one occasion, which at one point almost caused my child's infection to become meningitis. They love to say everything is a virus! All the providers here are terrible, we have tried all of them, one worse than the next. I once was asked why I was checking my child's temperature when they were sleeping as if it was the provider's choice. Obviously it was because their temperature seemed very high and thank goodness, because I rushed to the hospital and the bacterial infection that they called a virus was almost deadly. Very inexperienced practitioners. Oh and god forbid your child is sick and nervous about being at the dr in general because they will go ahead, look you in the eye and tell you they have autism after seeing them for 5 minutes. Nope, it's not possible my child is deathly ill and nervous and is not acting like themselves. God forbid you question their expertise, they will retaliate and go as far as typing up a 2 page briefing of a visit that is completely in their favor, full of lies and things that were never said to protect themselves, the office, their creditability and their career without any awareness that they are committing a crime and exhibiting unprofessional conduct! And of course all the providers including Melissa Dean, will back each other up, even though it will be clear that one made a mistake. Their newest provider (Stacion Gibbs) used to work at a nursing home and wants to wave her power wand because that's what she's used to with the elderly. Stay away from these incompetent shoemakers. It is absolutely atrocious and horrendous that these people are allowed to treat children. Proceed with caution. A much-needed complaint to the medical board is in order.

I first went to RAD to treat my endometriosis and Dr. McGuirk was just an angel that I found. After years and years being gaslighted by other doctors about my endometriosis (you are exaggerating, cant be that painful, you are fine, all woman has pain during their period) Dr. McGuirk listed to me and did a very successful surgery to remove a very advanced level of endometriosis. After the surgery, my husband and I found out my tubes were very damaged and the probably to have a baby naturally was very slim. We TTC for about year and a half with their help, using all the procedure available. RAD's entire team, from the receptionists to all the nurses, are just the best team I've ever seen. They have a true care. I always felt like a person they care, not just another patient. Thankfully, after a year and a half trying, my husband and I did IVF... and we couldn't be happier with all the care. We are so grateful and blessed to be welcoming our baby girl soon and we will definitely miss everyone there. I remember when my husband and I had to go to a OBGYN and I told him "just let you know, here they are not like RADFertility " ... as soon as we arrived the people were like normal for a doctors office and he said "I don't like this place". I told him "This is more the normal doctors office, RADFertility is above and beyond anything." Do not hesitate in looking for fertility care at RAD, you will be in excellent hands.

Dr. McGuirk prescribed two different medications that gave me suicidal thoughts (one was 48 hours of intrusive suicidal thoughts and the other was months of severe depression that led to suicidal thoughts), and neither time did she believe me that the meds were causing these side effects (even though these meds are known to cause suicidal thoughts). Since Dr. McGuirk did not listen to me, my parents were forced to put me on suicide watch because I was in a mental health crisis. The medication called Zoladex that Dr. McGuirk prescribed for months also gave me neuropathy (horrible burning pain in my hands and feet), and she wanted to keep me on this med for the rest of my life (this is one of the meds that also gave me suicidal thoughts). Finally, I told this doctor I'm going off this med, even though she kept insisting that "it was not her or her meds that were causing these issues" (a red flag with the wording she used). My suicidal thoughts went away off the meds. It's been a year now off the Zoladex and away from this doctor's care. A neurologist that performed an EMG test for my neuropathy said that these medications commonly cause neuropathy and that if I had stayed on the Zoladex, my neuropathy likely would have been permanent (it took nearly a year of being off the med, but my neuropathy is now almost gone!). Off the meds this doctor prescribed, I am a very happy, positive person and have had no issues since then. Please be careful and listen to your body.

Dr. Jiao is so thorough and I appreciate this more than he knows. Often practices are worried about having the patients and keeping all appointments brief. I feel like he actively listens before he makes an individualized treatment plan. I don't need to see an allergist but my sister referred them to this practice and I'm completely satisfied.
