The dr came and gone so fast and then we had to wait 2 hrs for our discharge papers all while the staff was just sat out side the door chit chatting. We use to come here because it was faster than the other hospitals around but I think for now on I'll just take the extra drive to Annapolis!

I came to ER back in Oct 2025 because I passed out in my bathroom and fractured my nose. I ended…read moreup being admitted to hospital for pnuemonia and orthostatic hypotension. My back had started hurting a few days before ER. I had no previous problems with my back but kept mentioning the pain including not being able to get out of bed without assistance. They may have done a catscan but dont really remember. Nothing was ever done to figure out the pain in my back. I was released after 4 days and sent on my way with no results. I followed up with my primary Beebe doctor and was told it was this or that again no answers and maybe another catscan. I went to Beebe ER 2 additional times to no avail. The pain was excrutiating. They evidently do no MRIs in ER unless it was brain. That is what they told me. I ended up getting a referral to pain management doctor and was seen 3 or 4 weeks later. I requested an MRI and he was nice enough to refer me. Went for MRI and followed up with doctor again weeks later. I ended up having a very fast spreading bacteria infection in my thoracic spine 2 verebrae. I needed surgery immediately. I just wonder why this could not have been discovered back in late october. Instead I went to Johns Hopkins and had 2 emergency surgeries. January and March. I now have 2 rods, many screws and a cage in my thoracic spine. It has taken me 5 1/2 months and Im finally close to walking again. Spent 70 days in inpatient rehab and now continuing with outpatient rehab. If only they took steps when I first brought up the back pain back in October 2025. manag

I certainly commend all the staff in that department because they were so empathetic while they did all they could to troubleshoot. They were kind, apologetic, and knowledgeable. First off I will Say this...Last year between February 2025- April 2025 I was employed for…read moreChristiana in nutrition and they treat the nutrition staff in the basement like crap. I moved from another state and was hired towards the end of my 90 day period after busting my butt to get there on time everyday out of Nowhere I began to have fever, amongst other symptoms inwhich required me to be out for at least 2 weeks from cleaning patient trays inehich nurses left IV needs on the trays. Bloody bandages that should have never made it downstairs. There was no accountability and because I just moved to the state I stayed at the Extended stay hotel right behind that offers discounts tk employees. I depended on my by weekly pay to care for my children. And I wss not able to afford the hotel. I ended up having to move out of state because they wanted me tk start my 90 days over. I had to resign because then I had no money to stay stable enough to work. The Director Christian cared less. As I moved back into the state I ended up in a bus accident using public transportation as and as of today May 27th at 4:56 I am traumatized. I knew I probably should not have gone here during my emergency because once I got to the back in E.R I noticed many staff stressed openly complaining about not wanting to be there. Taking there frustrations out on multiple sick patients including me. I kindly asked if I can speak to Social workers hoping I could get a Uber home after being prescribed medicine that made me dizzy. Rasheeda was not my nurse but was assisting my current nurse in my discharge. She appeared to be along and irritated. She expressed " its been crazy all day to other patients. I watched her supervisor walk up to her asking her to come tk her office at the end of her shift and all her anger was geared towards me for no reason and expressed that " I can call social workers but they going to say we dont provide transportation inwhich I was confused because I was told apart of my bus accident claims I could receive transport. She began to tell me I needed to act like an adult and all of a sudden I was being " disrespectful " and I was not at all. The doctor who entered the room (male) Mr. Burns began to call me unintelligent and " you act like you cant comprehend English or what she told you then I cant help you" because I wanted more clarity hoping from someone else in a higher stature because I had been the 8 hours and my 7 year old once he got out of school needed to be dropped off to me and after receiving a muscle relaxer I did not feel comfortable catching a Bus as they suggested. They tried to lie on me saying I was disturbing patients. Social worker came down and confirm its notated in my file I could receive transportation services and began to try to get me a Uber after I already called someone out of state to get me a ride and I told them I was contacting the governors office. It was also notated that upon leaving my blood pressure was very high upon dischsrge. And im only 36!!! I WONDER WHY. I WOKE UP A LITTLE BIT AGO AFTER JUST HAVING A BAD DREAM ABOUT HOW I WAS JUST TREATED IN FRONT OF MANY. should have started a lawsuite when I was treated poorly as staff and now its official.
