They took care of everything - from getting autopsy reports, decorating the reception room and memorial room, providing food, snacks and drinks, setting up guest books, and even making special arrangements for us to come pick out the flowers we wanted to keep and take home with us. The building itself is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of parking outside, and the interior of the reception area and memory room is so comfortable feeling and gorgeous. There is also a sitting room with plush couches and chairs, complete with a fireplace. They have a little gift shop where you can purchase last minute cards, etc. Behind the building, they also have an absolutely stunning back porch area with beautiful tables overlooking an immaculate lawn and garden. They seemed to work flawlessly behind the scenes, making sure all of the flowers got watered properly, working with the autopsy lab and state for death certificates, and assisting/providing with thank you cards. The staff were all extremely friendly, kind, professional, and of course, sympathetic. If a loved one passes away, I highly recommend Craddock Funeral Home. I've never seen a funeral home so organized and beautifully put together.
