They were efficient, clean and professional. They very methodically analyzed my heat and air conditioning, wrote a detailed list for me, and explained options very clear and precise, so that I could understand what I was paying for. My heat and air conditioning had leaked for years which had rotted out all of the wood around the unit. I decided since I was changing out the system anyhow to go ahead and move it to a more convenient spot in the house. I would like to insert right here that their carpentry skills equal their heat and air skills. They did everything needed to redirect my system from foundation to the roof, I was very impressed with these guys. I got quotes (or attempted to get quotes) from several other companies. Without exception, every other company was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than TLCS. I'm not talking a few hundred dollars more either....I'm talking thousands. Additionally, every interaction was amazing. Not only are the people who work in their office friendly and helpful, but so is their after hours answering service. At every turn they make sure that you know they value you as a customer, which simply can not be said for some of the other companies in the area (like Swink....they made sure I felt like they specifically didn't want my business). I really only hope that the next time I need to install a ductless mini-split or central air system I live within their service area...because they are hands down the best!
