Doctor, nor nurse,nor front desk stated any procedures, just stuff they might do and say "its 600 dollars, if you can not pay, you can leave." Like HELLO?? I will be calling the insurance, filing a dispute, a claim for no care, as well as the countless things I can do. This is a sad office looking for a money grab....no care about patients whatsoever!!! I traveled to Lubbock to avoid sexual problems caused by traditional prostate surgeries. I had an…read moreoversized prostate. Lubbock was the closest facility offering AQUABLATION which promoted very low rate of side effects. I ended up with retrograde ejaculation. Don't listen to the medical experts. Retrograde is terrible and it will ruin things. Post surgery. I had a video appointment with Dr. Spore which for some reason the office told me they were not submitting to insurance. $250. During the appointment Dr. Spore was multitasking which I figured wasn't a big deal. Then when I told Dr. Spore about the side effect he was dismissive and lacking in contrition. He even said, "it is what it is." I did not like how easily he brushed off his lack of success in not avoiding the side effect. After that he tried to act sarcastic and it was not the time to be passive aggressive. Please avoid Dr. Spore. He is incompetent and not compassionate. I hope nobody goes here with the hopes of avoiding retrograde ejaculation. It ruined my whole life. I don't want that for you.
