About six months ago we had our main drain cleared of roots by this company due to backup. Once the job was completed, I was charged nearly double of what I was quoted. Today, Roto Rooter (who offers a one year guarantee on services) is doing the job that Kirkman's was supposed to do 6 months ago. The man is a crook do not use him. I used him for septic work. The day he came he didn't bring the supplies needed. He left and came back an hour later but didn't have the right tools so he had to leave a second time for tools. Charged me by the hour. He knew ahead of time the work he was doing. Didn't bring supplies or tools so he could charge more. I bet he hasn't ever had a repeat customer. Deserves zero stars but you have to give one or it won't let you post. read more
