I was able to keep the pump operational until they showed up. They immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. Then he used a zip strip to prevent any reoccurrence. The "dispatcher", or maybe the owner, I'm not sure, was very helpful and understood the situation and told us that he could have someone out early Monday morning between 8-1pm. No emergency tech was available on Sunday, at this time. He quoted the service call fee over the phone ( way more reasonable than the other two plumbing services I called, prior to calling KC services...One place had been sold with a new number...never answered, and the 2nd one called back hours later). The KC dispatcher said a text would be sent to notify us that the plumber would arrive in 15 min from the time of the text. Sure enough it did, shortly after 8am on Monday. Along with the text, a bio of the plumber arrived, with a photo. This was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Our plumber was Roody, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived in the company's van with all parts available for what we needed. He checked out the problem and gave us two scenarios with two quotes. Fortunately, it was the easier fix and lesser fee.
