I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere Alberta. I called ahead to the OK Tire. They had a tire…read morethat would fit my Audi.. The tow truck was going to arrive at their business right at closing time or a couple of minutes after. They agreed to stay to change my tire and get me on my way.. After paying $31.50 for a used tire that would get me home , we realized that my locking lug nut key was missing.. They proceeded to spend 1.5 hours (after hours), to get it off and get my new tire on.. They were pleasant, allowing my kids to scooter around the shop while they worked, let us use their front office sitting area, washroom.. I did not realize such customer service still existed ... I would highly recommend these amazing guys/gals !! Thanks again..
