It's one of the dirtiest and nastiest jobs a human being can endure, but Bob, Nate and Max of Land…read moreMaintenance Systems Inc. made it look like a walk through a pristine park on a gloriously sunny day! OK, so we embellished a little there, but Max Fedrizzi and Bob Munson came to our rescue within minutes of calling them. Bob immediately showed up at our house "after work hours" to evaluate the situation. He took the time to check out what he could of our leaking septic system, inside and out, and talked with my husband about the issues that they may find when the needed excavation was done. The next day and surprisingly way before expected, Bob and Nate showed up with their Bobcat fastidiously and swiftly backing it into our driveway off a very busy roadway. The next day and surprisingly way before expected, Bob and Nate showed up with their Bobcat, fastidiously and swiftly backing it into our driveway off a very busy roadway. Out of the truck the 2 popped out, energetically and with big smiles on their faces (go figure). The day began early and expeditiously with the needed team members coming and going to assist (Kessler septic, Roto Rooter and LMS operator, Max Fedrizzi). Bob always made sure I knew the whole process and every procedure required, making sure I had a say in all the proceedings while having me photograph the process to share with my husband who was at work. 7 and a 1/2 hours later the whole septic dilemma was resolved and we can now, thankfully, use all house plumbing without worry! We highly recommend LMS inc. for all and any septic needs. These guys truly are the experts!

This experience couldn't have gone better. I received a recommendation for Roto Rooter from my…read moreneighbor. I had a faucet that was leaking, causing mold and leakage onto my kitchen floor, that needed service quickly. Though I did not call for urgent service, the plumbers were over within two hours. They installed my faucet, explained what had happened, offered advice, and removed all used parts, which was all done neatly and within a short amount of time. Joe was reliable, knowledgeable, incredibly polite (even took off his shoes upon entering), honest, and did what he said he was going to do at the price point quoted. I really couldn't have asked for better service and I highly recommend them.

Called for a shower that was backing up in our bedroom. It was about on hour in that he looked at…read morethe shower. He had camera scoped the clean out drain to the septic etc. and no issues. Got to the shower and first plunged it (with my plunger) and broke the plunger. Then snaked it. After about 30 minutes of hearing the banging of the snaking I came in to see what was happening. The clog was worse and he seemed baffled as to why. Mentioned that the snake was fully extended and he didn't know where it all was going - that it made no sense. I walked downstairs to find water pouring through the ceiling and a sink overflowing. He proceeded to say that "that was already like that". That we are now at about something like $400 for his time thus far and to keep going we are looking at $300 more. My response was that I think I would have noticed if I had water leaking like that I would have noticed and pointed out that we were just down here scoping the clean out and there was not water pouring out - this just happened. I asked what he thinks might be going on, did he break a pipe snaking? His response was "I am going to leave it there" As in I am walking out with water pouring through your celling and out your sink. I was shocked and barely holding back tears. His response was "this is my business and I don't want you to sue me". He did indeed walk out. It took me 24 hours to get something else here and in that time a pipe burst in our wall causing even more damage. Turned out he broke the shower pan when snaking causing the issues - yet another issue we are left fixing. What a nightmare and beyond unprofessional.

They also carry some common garden plants too. Their grounds carry everything from foundational trees and shrubs to easy growing flowers to veggies and fruits. They also have sections organized by Deer Resistant, Veggies, Shade Shrubs, Sun, Partial Shade, Trees, Partial Shade Flowers, etc. It's easy to find your way around, though the staff will gladly help too. I found their nursery to be sizeable but not overwhelming. As someone who is newer to gardening I thought their signage is some of the best I have ever seen- on every plant variety they have a big sign with its common name, genius, zones, size, sun/shade needs, if the plant is native or not, and unique features, along with clear pricing. The signage was useful in making sure the plants would be happy at my home, though all the plants I looked at seemed fairly robust period. I wound up with some shade loving white wood asters, sun loving sunflowers, and brown-eyed susans. While I'm a newbie gardener I think more experienced gardeners would be happy here too given all the options and knowledge at hand. They do have a big commercial/pickup side and offer landscaping and hardscaping services for those who are interested. I thought car parking was easy but I was also visiting towards the end of the end of a day on a weekday.
