He helped diagnose issues with our 27 year old system when a half dozen other companies (some of the big ones) turned us down, ghosted our calls, or one just refused to come back after visiting. Most all just wanted to replace the system, that was it. Not Jared-- he sleuthed the problems, promptly repaired them, and taught us about the type of system we had and how to best maintain it (we're new owners of the property last year). He also noted that no one told us about a second cover for another chamber that existed that the other company never pumped (wasn't on a riser, but he bothered to look and find out, not just pump and run). He didn't overcharge or up-sell anything. In fact, he saved us thousands of dollars. Trustworthy and very professional, also easy going and easy to talk to. A big plus. It was a cheap regular basement pump with no oil ,1/3hp, and he was shocked it lasted this long. They charged $1500 for pumping and an install of a subpar less than $200 pump. At the time, they wouldn't tell me what kind of pump it was. Now I see why. Go elsewhere.
