I usually do not write reviews, but I just have to say how professional and honest Michael Kelly and his team were. When I first contacted Mr. Kelly about my case he was extremely knowledgeable about all the questions I had. He took his time explaining everything to me in ways that were easy for me to understand. I had contacted two different law offices/attorneys and I felt they were not looking out for my best interest. I actually had hired the 2nd attorney I met with, but after a couple months I realized this attorney was not helpful with my questions and he acted with no concern to my case. So I parted ways with him. Luckily, I came across Mr. Michael Kelly and his law firm from an attorney website. After my 1st conversation with him, I could tell he was actually passionate about his potential clients. I told Michael about the other attorney I parted ways with. I explained to Michael what the other attorney did and did not do. Michael quickly filed necessary paperwork/documents pertaining to my case. I just finished a case (employment lawsuit) with Connor and Michael. I was referred to this law firm by another one who couldn't take my case, but felt that Kirtland&Packard could... and I'm glad they did! My attorney, Connor, represented me thru the entire process; starting with a brief introductory phone call and ending with a warm congratulations when the case ended. The entire process took about 6 months, and ended with my satisfaction in success. Anytime I had a question, Connor was sure to answer in a timely and professional manner... no matter how dumb my questions were (this was my first lawsuit so I had a lot of questions, as I didn't know what to expect)... he was easily accessible via phone or email. I also had to move out of state during the case, and it was still so easy to communicate back and forth and I was able to sign and send everything electronically. They really made the process stress free! When I did have to come to California for depositions and mediation, Connor held my hand the entire way and made me feel as confident and comfortable as possible. He even called Michael a few times to get his opinion on things and I really appreciated that.
