In 2023, I had an injury and found this through a friend. Well fast forward 2 yrs, and the case was dropped because they couldn't sue. And I was stuck with medical bills! I tried calling multiple times, and they kept on dragging the issue. And today, May 1, 2026, finally I called them yet again because I kept having medical bills sent to my mail, they finally gave me a response and told me that I am liable for those bills! I hate drama! Life would be perfect if there was no need for any involvement in legal matters! Reality check, legal problems come so unexpectedly. Scenario: got into an accident in LA because some idiot decided to run a red light and collide into me like a hit stick on Madden. I ended up totaling my Lexus & fracturing my knee. I was out of work for 6 months, and although EDD disability payed out, it was such a hassle! Going to all the hospital visits and physical therapy, along with searching for a new car that cost more than before, was added pressure to my life. In addition, the other party's insurance would not compensate me with what i thought they should. So I was left with no other choice but to look for a local law firm in LA, and after looking at a few companies, i went with Maximus Law. I was also referred to them by my former co-worker that got into a similar situation as me. Ok ok ok, you hear all these things and you say, it cannot be truthful. You hear the attorneys saying he's got your back. You hear them saying they will get the most from your claim. Let me tell you. They really do. I NEVER trust these people who say they are the best blah blah blah. But lord have mercy on me I guess I was wrong. These guys really are what they say. I had an accident, went to an attorney on one of those billboards I don't want to bash them. But I kind of have no choice here. After MONTHS of waiting, they put an offer in front of me of $4,000, saying this was the max that they can get, and we should jump on it. To be honest I almost did. They sounded so convincing. Somehow the lord blessed me and I ran into these guys on Yelp(and Tik tok). The lord blessed me and put me in the right direction. Once I reached out to Maximum Law, they said the same stuff. Oh we got your back, we are gonna do this, we are gonna do that. I was like oh boy here we go, I may even lose out on that $4k, maybe I should just take it and run. Even though it wasn't even covering all the pain I was in. In any case, I realized that I was destined to work with these guys, and gave it a shot, and left it with the lord and Maximum Law. Turns out, I was blessed. After being patient, they really were able to fight for me, and increased what the insurance had to pay us to $46k. I mean that's just unbelievable. The last attorneys tried to sell us out. They didn't have our backs. I was in pain for 2 years, I couldn't even walk correctly, and the previous attorneys thought that was worth $4k. Let me tell you don't trust those billboard blah blah blah. Follow the results, follow who is there for you.
