The monthly water fee would go from zero to $95. I moved. 3 days after the lease ended the balcony wood was replaced on a Saturday.

Also be aware that there are a few aggressive dogs in the complex that should not be allowed because of size and breed. Management knows and has done nothing to rectify the situation. I would also like to point out that rent keeps going up, but we keep losing amenities.
