I submitted a quote request through Yelp and since then Josue (our Renov8 contact) has been great. He was responsive to all forms of communication - Yelp, phone, text, and email. His estimate was the best value but did not mean compromising on quality! His team started and finished our project on time. Our project included painting the walls, ceilings, and baseboards of our open concept common areas (foyer, great room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, dining room, and hallways). We chose the wall colors (Sherwin Williams Alpaca for all spaces but the dining room, which was Sherwin Williams Delft) and did the standard white option for the ceilings and baseboards. We were so impressed with their work and Josue's customer service that we're already planning to hire them to paint the rest of the house when we're out of town for a week this summer. They don't stop until you're 100% satisfied with the job. They keep the job site as clean as possible while working. When they're done, they clean up and take all the old material. Above and beyond our expectations.

He told me he would follow up in a couple of days with pricing. It has now been over 12 days with no estimate and no communication. He also didn't seem particularly interested in the project or in answering our questions. This lack of follow‑through is disappointing and unprofessional. If a company has the tools to take measurements on-site, there's no reason an estimate should take this long. Two other companies measured the same space with basic tools and still provided same‑day quotes. Choose a company that values your time and delivers on what they promise.
