After two days of tests performed on our 4 year old golden (during which time we were told the doctor had seen sicker dogs), we were sent home with seven medications and no real information. The vet talked to us over the phone, but did not meet us face to face when we picked up our dog. The vet tech he sent out to speak with us had spent no time with our dog and couldn't answer any questions. We were led to believe his condition was treatable. After two horrible days of forcing meds and watching my dog suffer, he passed away. We were given false hope and deprived of the chance to give our dog a proper goodbye. Since this, we have done some research, and our dog was never going to recover from his illness. If we knew this, why didn't this vet? We will never go back When the vet called for a follow up, after I told him our dog died, he repeated that our dog hadn't been that sick. When is a dog very sick if not two days before he passes away? Unbelievable.

I love this place so much!…read more I have never been to a vet that had such sweet staff members. They really care about you and your pet. They have taken great care of our dog. If I could recommend them to everyone, I would. They are always putting the animal first. They explain everything to you, so you know exactly why they are ordering certain tests for your pet. I love it there.

I felt heard while talking to the Vet and her and the vet tech's were caring of our dogs. They comforted our dogs as they got their yearly shots and nails trimmed. Which meant a lot. The parking lot is a little tight but that's the only thing I would have to say to be prepared for. They are easy to call-in for our prescriptions and it's easy for pick-up. We will be gladly coming back here for the long run!

She stayed with us and made the process as painless as possible. The staff was kind and comforting as wekk. They "bathed" her I think to try to get rid of her red inflamed skin. We should of just canceled our trip when we dropped her off and all we saw dog feces EVERYWHERE. Office smelled like "piss". i understand the whole rescue aspect of their so called business BUT, when your animal comes back sick and miser in an unkempt establishment, STAY CLEAR AWAY.
