The a/c is not set to freezing so when you're wearing paper your teeth are not chattering. I've never been kept waiting too long either. The office staff and nurses are all nice too. They also have mammography right next door and will schedule your check up and mammogram back to back so it's just one visit.

The last time I went (and this is not the first time it occurred) I had an appointment with Dr. Narendran but instead they sent in a PA. Not that there is anything wrong with seeing a PA often they are better than the doctor (in fact my granddaughter is a PA). But as I said yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back. I sat in the Exam room for one hour ... YES exactly one hour no one came in to say sorry he is running behind or anything I just sat there. I went to the desk and said I want my co-pay back I am not waiting any longer. They said are you sure I said yes and they gave me back the co-pay. No follow-up call saying they were sorry Zilch!

Staff is rude and dismissive. Dr Lin has the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered. I had no…read moreapparent health issues besides a high blood cell count. After I started going there I cut down to 10 cigarettes per day (I eventually quit for good). Dr Lin asked if I was still smoking, I told him I cut down to 10, and he said you probably have emphysema now. He didn't say it because there was any truth to it, that's the way he treats patients. After a 1 year follow-up, all was good. Then in a phone call to the office, I find out they're saying I have erythrocytosis. That wasn't my understanding of the 1 year follow-up visit, but if it's true, I need to know that, and I need to know what that diagnosis is based on. They said I had to come in and pay for another appointment or they wouldn't tell me anything. That's the kind of doctor he is.
