After a couple days, we met at the office to go over what we wanted to order & again were met with professional & personable customer service. Where this went wrong is after we ordered. We were told to expect the photos in a week or 2, but it took over a month! After several phone calls about the prints & issues with digitals still needing edits (eyes closed!) we finally got it resolved. For the price that you guys charge, this was handled very poorly. Next time we are in HHI we'll probably look elsewhere.
