We had a couple of meetings with Robert and with a very high comfort level, he was hired. Expectations of what was going to happen each day were set from start to finish . I don't even know where to start. We contacted kitchen and bath to have our small kitchen remodeled September 2021. They told us it would take 2 weeks and they would custom design it with us to get the size we wanted etc. We liked Roberts attitude and his desire to get us what we wanted in the timeframe they quoted. The plan was to tear out our old cabinets and get new white shaker ones and use our current updated hardware. To make a very long story short, these are the incidents that happened that make us not want to use them again: - Poor communication: Would say they were coming on a certain day at a certain time and would no show or arrive late without the tools to execute without a call or email. - Drywall was ripped apart behind our fridge when removing the old cabinets and then not repaired until literally yesterday after many attempts and mentions to fix via email communication since the job was finished. - White paint already chipping off and lifting from the cabinets installed from the "factory" which look like cheap Home Depot cabinets. - Part of our hardware was tossed with the old cabinets after we specifically asked them to make sure to save because we just bought it and asked they re attach. They replaced it with the wrong style without mentioning they could not find the exact kind until I said something about it. We ended up having to find and replace. - 5 months after installation, the caulking started cracking from where the cabinets were attached so yesterday they had to come and fix it. - The drawer pull to one of the drawers was drilled in twice incorrectly and they had to replace the whole drawer. - We purchased our own sink that they installed and they had to cut into the cabinet to adjust fitting which they said was no problem. It was cut extremely crooked and looks awful. I could keep going for hours I'm sure. I debated leaving this review because I know they may mean well but this is not a professional way to run a business. If we just had better communication from the start and a greater understanding of what 12k would get us from this company, we may have made a better decision and looked elsewhere. We truly wanted to support a local business as we just moved to this town. Now we have less space than we did before (smaller cabinets) and more eye sores than we did before with our "new" kitchen. Called 2 days ago and spoke to Nathan and explained that we were thinking bout putting in a farmhouse sink and if that could be done since we already have granite counter tops. He said Kristin was on another line and would be off shortly but he would have her call me back and answer those questions. I left my message about 3:20p that afternoon and as I write this review there still has not been a return call. If they can't return calls to obtain business then their follow through once they get the business may not be reliable either. Be careful!!! read more

We needed new kitchen in groveland about an hour from Oakdale. We had tried Turlock and other companies with not great results. So even though we paid an extra fee to get them to come to Groveland we went with them. They didn't meet any dates they committed and installed the kitchen counter without putting in the sink which was on property (and we left 5 messages reminding them of this). The main peninsula was installed with a 17" crack which they epoxied and didn't tell us. It took weeks and many calls to get them back to finish the job and they cut the sink hole after the counter was installed and cracked the back section which they again epoxied with gobs of dried epoxy. Of course they didn't say this and I was not there so I called and emailed and got no response. So I have a new kitchen with two cracks that were glued! read more

They really took their time helping me design the kitchen of my dreams! They transformed my outdated kitchen, and helped me make the most out of the space I have available. Their installers, Johnny and Timmy, were always friendly, and professional, and kept me informed on the job progress. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed by Robert. They finished the job ahead of schedule, and I am so pleased that I just scheduled to have both of my bathrooms done next month! They deserve a zero star rating. My first impression of the business was that it was not professional looking. There was no customer parking because the business vehicles were parked where customer parking should have been. There were piles of scrap materials all over the property which made me think they were no longer in business. Inside the store is also dusty and not professional looking. Kristin looked at her watch as I walked in the door and then at me as if she were annoyed. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the owner to come to my house and quote replacement countertops in my entire house. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment but he never showed up. I called to find out what happened, but had to leave a voicemail. I never received a return phone call - no acknowledgment of a missed appointment, no apology, no explanation, no attempt to reschedule or to contact me at all. What a terribly rude way to conduct business. I should have listened to my gut feeling when I saw the condition of the business and how they choose to present themselves. read more

We called to get an estimate to have a second bathroom installed for our 99 year old uncle who was coming to live with us. Terry came out and we showed what we wanted. He said he would go back to the office and work up an estimate. We didn't hear anything, so I called a few days later, and his wife said he would call us back. That was months ago. We had seen their business on our way to Black Oak Casino.We got an estimate about $1000 less.. We decided to have them install it and were surprised at the wonderful job that the installers did. I went to this business because it was local, big mistake! The father daughter business does not communicate with their customers, they send out their subcontractors to do a job, sight unseen so when the arrive, everyrhing is a big surprise. Kristen, the daughter, is rude, lazy, and doesn't know what customer service is. They over bid our small bathroom remodel by $2000 compared to other contractors. They were slow, wouldn't answer my phone calls about when work was going to be done. Their subcontractors hate working for them because of the complete lack of communication and because they have to beg to get paid. My husband finally had to tell them if the work didn't get completed in 48 hours, they were fired. That worked. Overall, bad business, bad communication between business customer and subcontractors. Will never use them again or refer anyone I know to use them. The whole outfit is a mess! read more

Kristen took a lot of time with me writing up and changing estimates to see what we could afford to do. Everybody was very helpful including Terry, Brandi and Nathan. They were very affordable and did the job quickly. Their installers were very polite and always called to let you know what they had planned for that day. All in all it was a good experience.
