Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.

All throughout the process he made sure we got exactly what we wanted and the quality of his work was great. Didn't really get before pictures but attached some of the completed work. He also painted the walls, repaired some previously damaged drywall (you can't even tell where he repaired), removed our bathtub with 2 water knobs and converted it into a dual head shower with a newer home style 1 handle water mixer for my mom's old home.
