Exceptional Service from Rami and Elm Flooring and Remodeling:…read more Based on our experience thus far, and in our opinion, we have no hesitation in awarding Rami and the Elm Flooring team a five-star rating. Although we are still in the midst of our kitchen and flooring project, the quality of engagement and craftsmanship displayed thus far warrants immediate recognition. The Selection Process: Before choosing Elm Flooring, we vetted several general contractors and stone installers. While we considered other reputable candidates, we ultimately chose Rami--despite his proposal not being the lowest bid--for several key reasons: * Unrivaled Customer Focus: Rami was the only professional who willingly and without any expectation of being awarded the job assisted us in selecting stone slabs and negotiating fair pricing on our behalf. All of this before a contract was even signed! * Proactive Problem Solving: He dedicated significant time without a contract in place to researching a specific farmhouse sink that allowed our original cabinetry to remain intact. * A Consultative Approach: His showroom at Spring-Cypress and TC Jester is excellent. He patiently guides you through samples and provides curated recommendations for outside sources if needed. Execution and Craftsmanship: During the first phase (countertops, backsplash, and fireplace surfacing), Rami delivered exactly as promised. He manages a high-caliber team of fabricators, electricians, and plumbers. The slab installation, led by Adam the fabricator and his chief installer, was meticulous and executed on schedule. Their attention to detail was evident in the final aesthetic, which is nothing short of stunning. Professional Accountability: True professionalism is defined by how a team handles challenges. Toward the end of the first phase, the crew rushed to finish before the weekend, leaving behind some construction debris. When we notified Rami, the response was immediate: 1. Adam promptly sent a crew member to finish the cleanup. 2. Rami went above and beyond by coordinating with his own professional cleaner to ensure our home was cleaned so order could be restored that same Saturday evening. Final Thoughts (So Far): Rami is more than just a contractor; his humility, deep knowledge, and infectious positivity have made him a friend of the family. We are thrilled with the results of Phase 1 and look forward to completing the remainder of our project with the same level of excellence. Thank you Rami and team!

As always, he came through as promised and was able to move up the installation date of our flooring by a week on a moment's notice when time opened up for us! His team was very professional and detailed in their installation of our wood flooring and as before it turned out beautifully. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are about the completed floors and if we had more floors to be done they would be done without hesitation by Mr. Hank and his fantastic, attention-to-detail crew. They are all perfectionists and take pride in the work that they do.

Excellent quality, price, installation and good service. A++ business…read more I paid $4300 for 1,404 sq ft. of one of the best carpets he carries. I am very happy with my results. Hank was great to work with. Not a pushy salesperson and (most importantly) delivered! His install crew, led by Eduardo, are real pros and super clean. They worked 11a to 9p! I have white walls that stain just by breathing heavily on them. Eduardo's crew did all that work and left only one small smudge. He offered to touch up, but I declined. I expected worse. If you are in Spring, Magnolia, etc, I def. recommend giving Hank a call before you purchase. We were about to pay 20% more. The only minus is Hank never inspected the installation job. But that's fine by me. It's been 4 weeks and carpet still looks new.

WARNING My countertop purchase was horrible....I checked…read morethe box to view slab before fabrication and they failed to call me. They cut it then called me and told me it was ready. When I told them I had checked the box to see the slab first and even had the sales person make a notation in the computer, they more or less said too bad. I then asked them to send pictures of the cut slab. When they did, It had a large gray vain running through it and it looked nothing like the picture of the slab that I ordered from. The picture I ordered from was cream colored with light soft gold veining. I had multiple conversations with Sherry Pennier and she was not the nicest person to deal with. She told me that I would have to buy another slab and have it redone. When I asked her for the number of her supervisor she refused to give it to me. After arguing she finally said she would have the next person up give me a call. Sean Demory was no better. When I asked him for the next person up he said he was it. He refused to give me an email or number of anyone else I could talk to. When I asked him what happened to customers were always right he said no they were not. So now we are taking a road trip to the Corporate Office Lawrenceburg Tennessee since I can't get any help here in Texas....If you would like to see pictures you can check it out on my Facebook page Susan Manchester Bell. Or message me on Facebook. I will be updating my journey on fighting Cabinet's to Go to make it right! When you offer for the customer to see it first and they check yes then by God honor their request! Other wise why have it on the forms.

The sales and design process was smooth, and delivery went fine. Unfortunately, I damaged a handful of the little cam-lock fasteners . When I contacted customer service for replacements, I was quoted $2.50 each for the cam locks and a flat $35 shipping charge regardless of quantity. For perspective: These are tiny zinc cam locks that weigh one ounce for 30 of them. Identical or extremely close generic versions sell on Amazon for $0.35-$0.50 each with free or $6-$8 shipping. USPS Priority Mail for that weight is $7-$9 anywhere in the continental U.S. Paying $35 to ship something that fits in a padded envelope feels predatory, especially when the parts themselves are already marked up 5-7× retail. I asked if they could use standard parcel shipping; I never received a response to my request. I contacted the one of the retail stores and they were going to give me the cam locks out of the inventory they had on hand, they just didn't have the quantity I needed, so they referred me to the customer service department. I ended up buying generic cam locks elsewhere for under $20 shipped and they work perfectly, but it's disappointing that a company that does so many things right makes it this expensive and difficult to get the exact OEM parts. Cabinets To Go - please reconsider your small-parts shipping policy. A $35 minimum on lightweight hardware is driving customers away.
