So far, AMVet has taken the initiative to reach out and reset expectations. That counts for a lot in my book. This letter should explain everything. I sent this email almost a week ago and did not receive a response. I'm not thrilled that I paid $5,334.00 and have a drive way with an ugly patch. THE LETTER Dear AMVet, I am extremely disappointed with your driveway coating service. The finish on my driveway does not resemble any of the coated driveways I personally inspected at your previous customers' homes. The coating was applied on June 11, 2025. When it didn't look right initially, you returned and reapplied another coat in a few areas. Then, on January 21, 2026, you came back to repair a fine crack, but the repair left a visible patch across my driveway. Now, just a few months later in April, another fine line is already appearing in another area. I am not requesting another repair, as my driveway is beginning to look like a patchwork quilt. I was told the first repair was free, but any future repairs would cost $170 each. This is not right. It hasn't even been a full year since the original application, and these issues should not be occurring. You should have known that my driveway would not hold up well to your coating. I can only assume you were aware of this and chose to proceed anyway. I would appreciate a serious response to this matter.

I've done full remodels with them and have never had any complaints. Communication is great. Quality of craftsmanship is great. Cleanliness is great. We sincerely have no complaints! As a client what has always impressed me is Greyson and his crew come to the job and stay on the job working full days until it's done...no working you in between jobs being too spread out. That means I don't have to live in a constant state of construction which, let's face it, can get old. Also noteworthy is how they keep the construction site. They protect your floors with ram board while they work on site AND clean up sweeping floors and wiping down counters every single day! I call this a win-win! They will make up every excuse in the book to collect the money and not deliver service. my cabinets began to chip and they said it was because of water damage however their service man came out and said that was not the case and there was no water that got on these cabinets they just put the paint on too thin. my shelves began to warp for the shelving that I put in my office and they said too bad that's the way it supposed to be even though the whole unit collapsed. Their price was not out of line, given the cabinets were custom made. There were a few minor issues, but they worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. They are easy to work with. Our satisfaction was one of their main goals. The husband and wife that did the installation could not have been better. I believe that he is a perfectionist and his work exemplifies it.
