Louis and crew did an outstanding job installing the windows over two days. They draped most of the house in plastic and covered all the floors to ensure there was no mess left behind. He even cleaned the street curb with his shop vacuum! They were truly skilled craftsmen. Tom set up an appointment with us on a Saturday, which was wonderful, so we didn't have to take off work (or get a quote during dinner time). He brought a window sample and brochures, discussed the process, measured, and gave us a quote. I checked some of his other reviews and the business is legit, so we hired him. Yesterday, at about the 8 week mark from start to finish, the installers completed. They did such a great job, keeping the house clean and all windows look amazing. We even had a challenging one, very tall with a giant arch, and about 6 feet wide. We also got a sliding glass door put in, and that looks wonderful too. We will be looking to upgrade our front door in the next few months, and will turn to Tom and his crew for the work. Don't hesitate to call Tom. You won't regret it.

Window World Review First off, we do not recommend anyone…read moreusing Window World.  The salesman promised the world and the company didn't deliver on any of them.   After we signed the contract, the miserable process began.  The windows were delivered by the installation crew.  We were told all employees were Window World employees.  That was not true.  I would ask the installers a question and their response was always "I don't work for Window World, you will need to call them."  The first window they installed was broken.  They were sloppy and always in an hurry. After installation, the inspector comes.  The newly installed windows failed inspection.  How do you fail an inspection if windows is all you do !! The window installers had to come back to fix their mistakes.  The installers were always in a hurry to get done and leave.  The windows passed the second inspection.  This should never have happened. Due to the poor manufacture of the windows, 10 windows were replaced out of a total of 12 windows originally installed.  One window had to be totally removed and its replacement was installed. The windows had a black tar substance in an all white frame. No one could explain how this happened at the manufacturer. This whole process takes months to get through, while they demand payment for their services.   Communication is non existent.  They never inform the homeowner on the status.  When you do call the office, they make every excuse for their inadequacies and are very rude in their response. The process is exhausting and the customer gets worn down in trying to deal with them.  We hope this review opens the eyes for Window World and helps people searching for new windows.

My electric bill is $85 for a 2500ft home now. My experience with Ecoview has been wonderful! Our installers were SPECTACULAR. So professional. Bagged every window to minimize construction dust in my home. Vacuumed. They installed thoroughly using the correct long screws and spray foam around every window, then trim and caulk. Didn't damage any of my stucco or drywall. My windows all work great and sit squarely. No complaints at ALL about the installation or quality. Ecoview was my lowest quote for my impact windows but had the best warranty which is why I went with them. At first, the price made me nervous but now I'm so glad I didn't waste extra money with another company. The only feedback I have is that the original estimator (owners son I believe) was young and made some unprofessional comments while he was at my house. He commented about my mattress being on the floor in my room (none of his business but I was clearly moving in- I had boxes everywhere!). I also had to call to check on the status of my windows and called again to schedule. No issues there but be sure to check on things yourself if you want them done quickly! Carlos, the owner, has been spectacular. He came out to my house and met with me before I ordered. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, not sales-y. Really had a wonderful experience working with them. Still waiting on my inspections because one window was delivered to Ecoview damaged and has to be replaced- totally understandable! On the day of installation two windows were broken and two screens were missing. They had no idea about the screen but they told us that they would replace the windows. Everything was great because we understand things happen but there was no communication in the interim and we only received messages that we owed them money and were to pay them and were to pay the final payment despite multiple items missing or not installed at all. Finally, I get a call and we schedule finalizing the project about a month out and on the day of The completion they show up without the actual screens that were missing and this glass but not the window frames. They disappear for about an hour and come back and put the screens in but then tell me that they cannot install the frames because the glass is not installed. A few days later I get a phone call that the glass was actually shattered and could not be installed and they would need to reorder it. I'm concerned on how glass that is supposed to be. Hurricane 5 rated shattered on a 5-mile trip to my home but whatever. They were fantastic until they got the vast majority of the project's money and then they seem to have put us on a back burner and treat us like second class customers. The project manager told me that he would get a hold of me with a project status then ignored multiple requests for a follow-up. When I spoke to the person that contacted me after the second windows were shattered, she told me that he was no longer employed with a company with a strong emphasis that he had been fired. That's great but why was his email still active? And why did no one think to reach out to projects that he had active and send them a contact information for someone who they could reach out to. We scheduled this project long before hurricane season and now we're coming up on mid hurricane season without a project end date. We chose to use this company Because of great recommendations of neighbors and even family. But our experience has been completely opposite of what we were told. I'll consider amending my review once the project is resolved, but based on the incidents that happened, it will never be more than about mediocre because of what occurred. The project manager was absolutely useless when he was employed by the company but when they terminated his employment why did they not think to reach out to the current project customers and let them know the situation? This tells me that there is an owner that is absent from the company.
