Brought a Honda generator in April for a tune-up (wasn't broken) and was told it would be 5-6…read moreweeks. I asked if I could expedite the service and was told if I authorized a repair amount they wouldn't have to do an estimate. I authorized $ amount and didn't call for 5-6 weeks. When I did call late May/early June I sat on hold while they tried to find it (the generator). They couldn't. Took a day and a half before they called back and said they needed to order a part. After many more weeks and calls I was told that Honda had "lost THREE shipments" and it was promised July 2. When I called on the 7th I was told the box had arrived but they hadn't even opened it yet. If you authorize a dollar amount that becomes the minimum repair price and it doesn't expedite anything. I agree with other reviews that if you're not a lawn service they don't care about you. On every call I was told first that I had authorized them to take 6 weeks to repair it and when I stated that we were already a month beyond that, it became Honda's fault for losing 3 shipments. When I order a package I can track them down to the point of which truck they are on, losing 3 seems a stretch. I've spent my last dollar with them...buyer beware.

There is even a large trampoline and basketball net to play with outside. Overall, the place is a hidden gem amongst children's establishments in Richmond hill.
