As we waited patiently for the process of returning things... he continued to make comments and rolled his eyes a number of times. It wasn't until my son mentioned to him that's how we felt with going thru this difficult time that he actually became decent to us. Needless to say.. our experience at this store was horrible. And the customer service was worse.. especially if these two individuals were representing the company as managers. We won't be returning to this store or registering ever again at Bed Bath n Beyond because of the experience we encountered here.

Snow is wet and lane is getting soft, but the moved the 5 to 10 foot drifts clearing the driveway and parking area the best they could considering the soft conditions. My wife and I bought a bedroom set and a sofa from Unclaimed Freight on July 3rd. We waited six weeks past the delivery date (ten weeks from time of purchase) and still no sofa. I would call the store to see what was going on and twice was told that my sofa would be delivered in two weeks. Twice the two weeks came and I was told it would be ANOTHER two weeks. Finally I had to ask for my money back because TEN WEEKS isn't enough time for them to deliver one sofa. I do not recommend Unclaimed Freight.
