The Salvadoran Quesadilla (Gluten Free) was something I had never heard of before. Nilah, said that it's a family recipe, which made it even more special and exciting to try. She said it's one of her best sellers, so I was glad that I could get one! It's a unique and I really enjoyed it. The Honey Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie (Gluten Free) was great. It was sweet, but didn't seem overly sweet and you could taste the flavors, instead of tasting 1 flavor. It's a good cookie. The Strawberry Sugar Cookie (Gluten Free & Vegan) is my favorite item from Honeybee Baking, so far. Both the flavor and texture are fantastic. I like that she uses actual strawberries for flavor, rather than just using extracts. The Cherry Hand Pie was great. Like the Strawberry Cookie, she uses fruit and it adds to the fresh flavor. Both the crust and filling are delicious. The White Chocolate Dipped Brownie was delicious as well. You can't beat a brownie from scratch! The white chocolate complimented the brownie's rich flavor, nicely. Honeybee Baking is absolutely worth trying. Especially if you have any dietary restrictions. Nilah labels and packages everything nicely and clearly, so that you know what you're getting. Her ability to bake Gluten Free and Vegan items that have both an amazing taste and flavor... it blows me away. Nilah is super sweet and you can tell how much she loves what she does by talking to her. I appreciate that she talks to her customers and can tell you about her items.
