I've actually never written a yelp review before but this service deserves one! Robert Stone was…read moreexceptional to work with. All the way from Jana on the client services side who was meeting me on the weekends to help look at granite slabs, finishes, etc - literally meeting me on Memorial Day--talk about going the extra mile! She won my business by being friendly, turning bids around in a speedy manner and walking me thru the process of getting new countertops. Then the owner, Robert, also came to our house to check over things, make recommendations, etc. Today, Dino and his crew (9 people!) came to install a VERY large island! They took their time, in talking thru the process of how best to bring the material in. And then made sure the installation was flawless! The entire crew was friendly, professional and you can tell take great pride in their work. While I don't plan on needing countertops for a long time- I highly recommend using this company!!! Truly EXCEPTIONAL!!!

(resolved by company workmen and a plumber) If you select Robert Stone as your installer, be sure of one thing: have a fully-signed and final contract in front of you BEFORE any installation begins. Expensive surprises make for unhappy clients in any business.

We love the work Silverback did on our 800 sq ft covered patio, front patio, and double driveway…read more They are meticulous about their work, and often work extra time to ensure everything is to the owner's satisfaction. In this area, even summers can present weather challenges to get the work completed as expected. The owners are genuine, honest, fair and very hardworking. Their price, we feel, was comparable the amount of work required to complete our project to our satisfaction. Talk to them, let them know what you need and they will work very hard to deliver. We would definitely hire this team again.

Said they were busy and couldn't make it and were out of range.... yet they answered when I called. (Why didn't they call me?) I would not do business with folks and companies run this way. I suggest you do not either. The only way you can teach people they can't screw with other people's time is by not dealing with them. Bad, bad service! Call other companies and not these folks!!!!!! About an hour after writing this, I got a call apologizing for not calling and letting me know they couldn't make it. I accepted their apology, but it still cost me a day of my time (the appt was to be at 11am). Said she didn't write down my phone number initially. I know stuff happens in life...just wish they would have been better organized to let me know sooner!!

Countertop Epoxy - The result of bad customer service and missing 8 GALLONS OF EPOXY!

First off, we ALL have deadlines to meet, and Countertop Epoxy set unrealistic expectations for…read morearrival of the Ultra Flex Epoxy.  From the time we started communicating and placing orders, the epoxy came in 5 days behind an already week delay due to not having the product in stock.  Next issue was the 6 different shipments that came all on different days from different suppliers so we had to make multiple trips from Austin to the ranch an hour away.  We were expecting 2 separate shipments, not 6.  Nevertheless, we didnt complain about that at the time.  It onky became a problem when the last shipment came in 10 boxes and we werent insructed to expect 11.  Furthermore, when I called Jo multiple times expressing concern that it didnt look like it was all there, she asked in a very rushed manner, "well is there 6 kits?" And I said, "i'm not too sure because the invoice doesnt break down what actually comes in a kit and i see 5 gallon buckets and then multiple of the smaller jugs", Jo replied, " do you see 6 five gallon buckets?" And I said "yes", she quickly said, " then yes, you have all 6 kits.". Jo never bothered to take the time to ensure that we received all of the part B and the buckets were impossible to calculate because the 5 gallon buckets were not full and didnt indicate how much was in them.  Getting back to deadlines..we HAD to get started and unfortunately, Countertop Epoxy was closed when we realized that we were 8 gallons short! After the holiday weekend and guests had left, I had a chance to call Jo and ask what had happened. She refused to take any responsibility for rushing to confirm we had everything we needed and bullied her argument that I should have checked the tracking invoice to ensure all the boxes had arrived.  The tracking label left by UPS made ZERO MENTION that a box was damaged so why would I go check the email on the tracking when, as far as I was aware, we received the shipment in full.  Second, the shipping label AND the invoice made no mention that there were 11 boxes.  TO SUM THIS EXPERIENCE UP: Countertop Epoxy has operating flaws throughout their entire commerce process: false advertisement on expectations for UV blocking products; false expectations of the amounts of pigment that is needed and Jo tried to sell me an ENORMOUS AMOUNT WITH AN EXTRA $1000 ON MY INITIAL QUOTE; Vague descriptions of what we can expect from shipping and supplies; dismissing my concerns regarding the quantity we received on multiple phone calls and emails.....and despite all of this, apparently, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISSING 8 GALLONS BECAUSE I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED MY EMAIL FOR THE FINE PRINT SAYING THAT A BOX WAS DAMAGED.   Jo did send the remaining part B so now i have an extra 8 gallons...not like its going to fix the disaster we ended up with, so she gave me a 40% discount to buy the floor all over again.  We have spent about $3500 and got shit for customer service and experience.  Heartbroken and appauled.
