Excuses were given why the carb main jets could not be replaced, (simple job) did it myself after I trailered my ride home from their shop. Thankfully I inspected the work that was done I discovered stator cover screws that were loose not torqued to spec, one screw was replaced with the wrong diameter (too small) which indicated an amature approach at best, final heads up inspect their work will save you some possible issues down the road.
