My timing issue was solved but prior to that the mechanic asked me "WHY" was my engine popping thru…read morethe carbs, I had to inform him the timing was still out. Excuses were given why the carb main jets could not be replaced, (simple job) did it myself after I trailered my ride home from their shop. Thankfully I inspected the work that was done I discovered stator cover screws that were loose not torqued to spec, one screw was replaced with the wrong diameter (too small) which indicated an amature approach at best, final heads up inspect their work will save you some possible issues down the road.

In April of 2010, my Harley was put in the Kitchener Shop. Among a small list of please " Fix It "…read moreI requested the front wheel bearings to be checked and replaced if needed. I was touring Nova Scotia the summer before and could hear a nose from the front. The mileage at the time of replacing the bearings was 38640 miles, the bike now has 52000 miles. My invoice came to almost $700.00 and clearly shows the bearings were replaced, SO KITCHENER CLAIMS ! This past summer the nose came back on the front end, trying to get the bike safely back to Dave Green's shop in Aylmer, the front end bearings flew apart. Causing considerable damage to my bike. The 2 stainless steel rotors scored, speedo hub & cable destroyed along with of course the bearing races. I have not replaced the rotors as of yet, this will cost over 700.00. My bill at Dave Greens shop was 650.00. Dave did state that the bearings were never replaced. My battle at Kitchener will now begin ! Who can you trust now days, I know who I can't

Made the drive out from Halton to check out their inventory. Worth the drive as they have a lot of…read morebikes, sleds and quads in stock. New, used and parts and accessories. It's a nice no pressure environment. Staff asked if were ok or needed help and we said we were just looking- which they replied no problem. We were able to look, touch, move, sit on and drool on many of these awesome machines with no problem. This is awesome as some places won't even let you swing a leg over or handle the bikes. Will definitely come back in future when I convince the boss it's time to trade up for a new bike!

Service Service Service…read more I went for my first full service on my new to me Road Glide Ultra. Not really a big deal right for most, but today was different. Why was it different? It was different because I decided to wait for my bike for 5 hrs. What did I learn. I learned that the service department really does care about your service to your bike from the staff Jessica and the New kid whose name I can't remember. We will refer to him as The Kid ! When something came up Jess would come up and tell me something was up, and would clearly explain why and what should be done with no sugar coating which I love. I felt like I was part of the family of cool like minded people who cared about me and me getting home always. What else did I learn after being in service for 5 hrs. I learned that some of you entitled Harley Owners treat people like crap on the Phone when I'm seeing your affect of your profanity on the phone is doing to good people who what you to be on the road as fast as possible. So let's put this out there in Capital Letters. NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE CRAP !!! IF THIS WAS MY DEALERSHIP!!! IT WOULD BE OUR STORES POLICY THAT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BIKE TO A BACKYARD MECHANIC & NEVER BE ABLE TO SERVICE YOUR BIKE HERE EVER AGAIN PERIOD. Congratulations to the service department for being true professional. I watch The Kid take it from 3 phone calls. He Handle you all like a champ but that doesn't mean you didn't affect his day.
