We spent about…read morean hour with him at our home, detailing exactly what windows we wanted, including the 3" trim we wanted around the windows as opposed to the 3" brick moulding. We showed the salesman our patio doors and the way they were trimmed and told him we wanted all nine windows to match our patio doors. He understood and said that this would not be a problem. We signed the contract and unfortunately I made the error of not reading it completely and did not notice that he had copy and pasted 3" brick moulding as the trim. This was my error in not double checking or questioning this discrepancy. But as the owner of ABC told me today the contract is "ironclad" and they would easily win in court if we challenged it and basically intimated that they would sue me if I did not agree with them. I played a recording of a meeting I had with their salesman after I had complained that the wrong windows were installed. The salesman came to my house literally with $700 cash in hand from his own pocket to pay me, as he knew he had screwed up in communicating our order with whomever was responsible for ordering the windows from the factory. I told him I did not want his money, but did want an adjustment from ABC, which they were unwilling to give me. About a week after install someone from ABC came out to see if I had any concerns. I showed him numerous areas of damage to the window frames which he had an employee pound back in with a hammer and putty knife which still did not repair the damage to the vinyl. There were also damaged screens which they still have not repaired and likely have no intention of replacing. I pointed out numerous joints which were missing adequate caulking as well. It appears that in ABC's zeal to do as many installs as possible in a week, that they cut corners and are in too much of a hurry which results in damage to the windows, interior trim and screens. I would recommend purchasing your windows from another company, but if you for some reason choose ABC make absolutely certain that the contract you sign is exactly what you ordered and do not assume the salesman has entered it correctly. Because if he doesn't, and you sign the contract you are screwed, and ownership will not hesitate to explain that to you. They're feeling is that I am just one customer among hundreds, and they can afford to screw over one once in awhile, as long as they get their $25,436.78. You'll notice that ABC Seamless will not to respond this review as they have no defense to their absolute lack of customer concern, and know that they are completely in the wrong. They will make gushing replies to the positive comments, but would rather not have to explain themselves when they provide the wrong product and blow off the customer's concerns.

He showed up with a 5 gallon bucket of tools and a 3 ft plastic level. After promising to do the work in 1-2 days, he finally finished 4 days later. The wall panels are so crooked that the shower door has gaps that you can see through. They broke off corners of the wall panels, and just stuck them back in place and covered them with calk. The backer for the wall panels is so uneven that there are gaps behind the wall panels with nothing supporting the walls. I tried to communicate with their customer support on day 1 of the install, and just got the run-around. Their goal was to hold me off as long as possible to slap together a poor project, and get me to accept their poor workmanship. Their solution to all of their poor workmanship is just to apply more calk. When I express concerns about the longevity of all the calk covering up all their problems, they just say that "there's a warranty", where they will come back an apply more calk. When I asked for the credentials of the "Professional Certified Installer" they couldn't provide any documentation or any certifications for the installer... that he was trained inhouse by the panel manufacturer. He isn't a licensed plumber, even though he was doing plumbing. There is no documentation for the inhouse certification. They insist that it's a patented product, well, happy meal toys also get patents. I have been working for months on trying to resolve all the issues, and I am constantly getting dealing with threats from their corporate office legal team, who is completely disconnected from anything happening in the field. Don't believe they are a local company. The are a giant corporation running a scam, promising high quality installations in a high pressure sales situation, and delivering garbage.

We contracted through Your Home Improvement Company. The experience has been troubling from start…read moreto finish, with numerous miscommunications, delays, and substandard workmanship. On May 31st, 2025 we met with your sales representative Kelly West, who provided an estimate for a new shower installation. Despite requesting time to consider the cost, we were pressured to sign the contract immediately to receive a "one-day only" discounted rate of from $15,000 to $12,000. We agreed under that pressure, and provided an initial payment of $7,000 as per the contract. Following the contract: · On June 3rd, two representatives came to measure and review the existing plumbing. We requested to retain the original drain and discussed the possibility of a larger base. The plumber indicated this was feasible but said we needed Kelly to update the estimate. We reached out, but Kelly later told us it was too late, as the order had already been submitted -- contradicting the contract, which states the next payment is due when the order is placed. At this point, we were already unclear on what exactly had been ordered and approved. · Installation was scheduled for July 22nd. Two workers arrived and discovered water damage beneath the floor. We were informed a plumber was supposed to come, but later told that your company does not have plumbers on staff. David, the installer, offered to do the plumbing work himself, stating that no permit was required. We were placed in a difficult position (with only one bathroom) and reluctantly agreed to proceed to avoid being without a shower for several days. · On the second day, the team worked from 9:30am to 9:30pm. After completion, the next day, we immediately noticed several issues: poor caulking, incomplete work, and a leaking shower head. We documented the issues with photos and videos and shared them with both David (installer) and Kelly (Sales) The response we received blamed us for poor lighting and even accused us of touching the caulking ourselves -- both false and unprofessional claims. After repeated follow-ups, someone returned to address the issues, but the outcome was still unsatisfactory. We were told the caulking issue was due to "windows not being square," which feels like a deflection Summary 1. High-pressure sales tactics and misinformation about pricing and available discounts. 2. Failure to clarify or honor the scope of work, including changes requested shortly after signing. 3. Misrepresentation regarding licensed plumbers being available. 4. Unprofessional installation practices, with evidence of incomplete and poor workmanship. 5. Inadequate customer service response to reported issues, including blame-shifting and dismissiveness.

During final inspection the guy saw a little piece was missing (i am not even sure what it was for) and he said he would have someone come by with it. This never happened. During the whole process our sales guy was good at first but as issues came up he stopped answering my texts so I just went through the customer service/installation people instead. Now 6 months later our large window leaked during the storm last Tuesday and I have been calling and leaving messages daily and no one has called back. These windows were not cheap and I thought there would be better service from this company. I was wrong. Today instead of calling I sent a message through their website and posted this review. I will keep trying to get a hold of them because no one wants to spend $10,000 on windows that leaks. The new porch door seems to be fine and keeping us warm, just the large window seems to be the issue.
