Completely ghosted me (both calls and text messages). In fact I thought perhaps he simply went out of business until I saw their truck recently leaving a shopping plaza around my work. This is an Owner run operation and it makes all the difference in the world. 6 months after purchasing my stuff from John which he promptly delivered himself, I found myself with a minor issue with one of the handles and vessel. Without hesitation, John asked to bring them by and he would switch out. Sure enough he did.
