Show up for an estimate and complete some of the work on the spot. Good service and fair price. I'll recommend.

That was the end of my positive experience. Days went by and no call back so I called them. Receptionist had no information on my situation or even a record that I called. Took down my info and days later no call back. I call again like I'm glutton for punishment. They schedule a visit between 10 and 11am to fix the shower door. 1145 comes and no call or visit. I call again. No answer except recording. They call back at 12:30 and tell me 1pm. Then call back and tell me 2 pm. Oooookay fine. So they finally arrive at 2:30pm (the same guy who came and took pictures) and go to work. The invoice does clearly state they aren't responsible if glass breaks due to my asking what if it breaks over the phone. About 90 minutes later and I go in to inspect. For some reason the installer flipped the door upside down and since the room isn't perfectly square a 1/8 difference was cut in door width top to bottom to get a nice square finish when it was originally installed. Flipping the door now causes a ridiculous gap at bottom and nearly touching at top. Here's the best part. They chipped the glass in the process and now I'm stuck with a chipped crooked door for $200 with no offer to fix in any way. I was so disappointed I just paid to get them out of my life. Cost to fix this mess? 700$ for new door to be cut and installed. I guarantee it won't be Marco doing the work. I would happily remove this review but they offered no solution other than me paying more.

The bottom line: Do…read morenot waste your time to find the top company to repair balcony/patio glass sliding doors. Based on 1) my EXTENSIVE research of 15 top companies in Miami, FL in this business, 2) the experience I've earned while watching how the team of invited experts work on identified problems with balcony sliding doors in my unit, and 3) the highest possible quality of delivered outcomes in terms of a repair of glass sliding doors in my unit, I am absolutely sure -- the Reliable Sliding Glass Door Repair company is the BEST in this business in Miami, FL area. I had a problem with rollers of balcony glass sliding doors for a long time - they were too noisy, difficult to open/close, etc. I've made extensive research on TOP sliding glass doors repair companies in Maimi, FL area. As a result, based on my search outcomes I've contacted (Sunday at 9:00 PM !) the top (4.9/5.0 rating on Yelp) identified company -- Reliable Sliding Glass Door Repair company. Gil, the business owner immediately returned my call, understood my problem, scheduled a visit to repair the balcony glass sliding doors in my condo unit. Again, it was done on Sunday (!) after 9:00 PM (!). The team on experts (Gil and Dave - a very experienced handyman) arrived to my unit as scheduled. After only 1.5 hours of work my 25-year old two balcony glass sliding doors work like new ones. Just one example: - Before the repair, the noise produced by old rusty rollers was about 95-100 decibels -- it is an equivalent to a noise produced by freight train, or a heavy truck; - After the repair, the installed nylon rollers provide only about 20-25 decibel of noise now - it is an equivalent to very soft whisper. OUTSTANING JOB of HIGHEST QUALITY done! FANTASTIC OUTCOMES delivered by Gil and Dave in terms of obtained quality - no noise at all, very smooth and quit movement of sliding doors, effortless opening/closing (with one finger only). I would STRONGLY recommend the Reliable Sliding Glass Door Repair company to all my friends, neighbors and every person who needs to get HIGH QUALITY repair of balcony/patio glass sliding doors.

These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house. The big problem now is that we are arguing over the space (I want a sewing room, the kids want a desk and my husband has other plans :) Keywords: cabinets, counter, granite, marble, clean, granite cutting, diamond blade, stone, cabinet repositioning, adjusting their height, level, decorative molding, gaps between surfaces, countertop, trim, wood, metal, metallic, laminate, sealing, sealant, granite countertops, professional, efficient, innovative, collaborative, detail-oriented, zelle. Pacific Hurricane Shutters has rebranded to Dream Guard but I stand but what I said in my original…read morereview! Did you know your Hurricane Accordian Shutters need to be maintained yearly and WD40 is NOT the way to go? I learned my lesson after Milton. Sooo. I recently found myself in a stressful situation with one of my hurricane shutters stuck and in need of urgent repair. I could not open or close it, and one never knows when one storm will follow another. I was really worried that I would not be able to get my shutter repaired before other hurricanes threatened, especially since we are having such a busy season. The first company I called told me they did not repair shutters because they cannot get parts anymore. She said , "I do not thing anyone repairs accordions anymore." That statement ratcheted up my stress. In retrospect, I am sure she was trying to sell me impact windows. But I do not want impact windows. I paid a lot for my accordions. They work great, and there is no need to replace them. The next company I reached out to could not come out until the following week and gave me a very high quote. I then reached out to Pacific Hurricane Shutters DreamGuard and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. They responded THE SAME DAY, which was a huge relief. From the moment I called, Andressa, who answered the phone immediately, (most of the other companies had a machine that said they would get back to me), was polite and understanding of my stress and urgency. She booked me for the same day and clearly explained the cost of a service call. She sent the initial invoice quickly and followed up with the final invoice just as promptly when the job was complete. She later texted to make sure the job went well, which I think is a lovely touch and shows a company that really cares. When the team arrived, it was clear that this family-owned business values professionalism and customer satisfaction. Carlos, Percy, and Barbaro were not only quick and efficient but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They diagnosed the problem with my stuck shutter swiftly and fixed it with ease. What stood out to me was their thoroughness. They didn't just stop at the immediate issue; they performed maintenance on all my other shutters and discovered a broken wheel. They promptly removed the shutter, replaced the wheel, and ensured everything else was in perfect working order. Apparently, one is supposed to maintain one's shutters yearly. Now I know. And I asked to be put on a yearly schedule immediately. WD40 is not the answer. The wheels and upper tracks need more. Their price for all the repairs and maintenance was extremely fair and reasonable, which is always a concern when dealing with home repairs. The combination of their prompt response, professional demeanor, and fair pricing makes Pacific Hurricane Shutters- DreamGuard a standout choice. I highly recommend Pacific Hurricane Shutters- DreamGuard for anyone in need of reliable and efficient service. Their dedication to their work and their customers is truly commendable.
