Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

I love the local wash ! Always an attendant cleaning the premises and the machines and seldom a broken machine or issue . The hours are fantastic and they even play cool music from ceiling speakers . You can also wash your own car in the bays or go through the touchless car wash while doing your laundry. I highly recommend this business . I travel from Portsmouth to Hampton just to do my laundry .

I was told that the bank puts a temporary charge that is not permanent. I get that, as I've seen it with other vendors, but this did not change in my account. Now, I usually do my laundry after work as it's right down the street from there and get there a little after 5:00 pm. This is important as there is no longer any attendant on duty after 4. This last visit I put my laundry in and went to the change machine to get some coins. I put in my $20 and only received $10.25 before the machine stopped spitting out coin and said out of service. I contacted the number given for any issues, gave them my name, telephone number, told them what happened and asked them to call me back so that we could resolve this. This was on a Tuesday. It's now Thursday and I have left another message without any response. I wouldn't be posting this if they had just picked up the telephone can contacted me. It shouldn't take three days or more to acknowledge that there is an issue that your customer needs resolved! I used to go here all the time. It was the cleanest place and convenient to me. I no longer want to go here as I feel too much has changed with the new owners that are not in the best interest of the customer. That being said, they've lost a loyal customer of over 16 years. Pity.

This review is long overdue, but it's grated on me so I need to get it off my chest. In 2015, I…read moregot caught in a golf ball sized hail storm. It dented up the top of my cab and hood on my '09 F250. I brought it to Steve because he had been by next door neighbor and I'd had him do work in the past which was excellent. He contracted out the hail damage to an outfit that specialized in hail damage. The hood came out good, but whatever they did with the cab roof, it lost all of its structural support. This was evident the first time I drove through a car wash. I thought the roof was going to cave in, and it left creases. I also had Steve replace my tailgate. When I tow my boat, I keep my tailgate down. Shortly after leaving my driveway, with boat in tow, I heard a bang. Once I stopped and looked it over, I noticed that when he replaced the tailgate, that he also replaced the support cables. The original cables had spring lock tabs to prevent the cables from coming off. When he put the new cables on, the spring lock tabs weren't replaced/reinstalled, so when I went over a small bump, both cables came off, and the tailgate hit my trailer ball and left a big dent. I brought it back, but he wouldn't make good on it, even though it was his fault. We all make mistakes. He should have owned up to it and fixed it, but he didn't. Pretty dissapointing service, especially for a former neighbor and repeat customer.

Even the person who looked at my vehicle said I would just keep the estimate money and not even repair it was that minor. They ended up replacing the whole skin of my truck bed side. called many times and asked for progress after week 4 and 5. Talked to a person and they said they could not give me a time frame for what is left to finish. I asked for an update end of day Friday of each week 4 and 5. no call backs no text no nothing. I get a text on Thursday, estimated pickup Friday at 4:00 pm. I did not click the link in the text till Friday so I thought it would be good to go Monday morning and get it. well, it was not ready and probably a whole day worth of work yet. I was so upset. Why no communication at all? Why the text even if not even close to the time they say. again, I said you know the text goes out so why not call and let me know before I drive 40 minutes to get the bad news? All I received was we are very busy here. Even the receptionist I was talking to started getting snippy with me. I talked right back and said this place needs to change it's business practice. I said I know you have had customers get mad before but this is why they get mad. being treated like this is uncalled for. This place is run so awful I will never go there again or even think of sending anyone I know. Maybe get some people in the place that really care about doing the right things. They really just need to close this place down as it is an insurance ripoff palace!
