Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

I love the local wash ! Always an attendant cleaning the premises and the machines and seldom a broken machine or issue . The hours are fantastic and they even play cool music from ceiling speakers . You can also wash your own car in the bays or go through the touchless car wash while doing your laundry. I highly recommend this business . I travel from Portsmouth to Hampton just to do my laundry .

It was discovered that the frame was rusted so would not pass inspection. They changed the oil anyway and told me it was always done with a state inspection.,I was not told this when I made the appointment. I have never had an oil change done as part of an inspection at any other shop. TV I paid $112.50 in cash to have my car released. I wasn't given a receipt or an inspection report. I was told it would be emailed to me. It never was. I emailed them within a week and asked for my money to be returned. minus the 12.50 for the inspection. They refused to acknowledge my request. It dented up the top of my cab and hood on my '09 F250. I brought it to Steve because he had been by next door neighbor and I'd had him do work in the past which was excellent. He contracted out the hail damage to an outfit that specialized in hail damage. The hood came out good, but whatever they did with the cab roof, it lost all of its structural support. This was evident the first time I drove through a car wash. I thought the roof was going to cave in, and it left creases. I also had Steve replace my tailgate. When I tow my boat, I keep my tailgate down. Shortly after leaving my driveway, with boat in tow, I heard a bang. Once I stopped and looked it over, I noticed that when he replaced the tailgate, that he also replaced the support cables. The original cables had spring lock tabs to prevent the cables from coming off. When he put the new cables on, the spring lock tabs weren't replaced/reinstalled, so when I went over a small bump, both cables came off, and the tailgate hit my trailer ball and left a big dent. I brought it back, but he wouldn't make good on it, even though it was his fault. We all make mistakes. He should have owned up to it and fixed it, but he didn't. Pretty dissapointing service, especially for a former neighbor and repeat customer.

Don't use this shop. They're terrible at keeping you informed. One example is that they never…read moresent an estimate to me, only to my insurance company. It took multiple unreturned calls to the Body Shop and then calling my insurance company to find this out. For another instance, when I hadn't heard from them in two weeks once I'd approved the work., I called them. I was able to get through to the estimator, who told me that the part was supposed to be coming in that day, and that she would call me to tell me if it did. This was Wednesday morning. When she hadn't called me by Friday morning, I called her and left a message. I called again on Monday. When she hadn't called me by Wednesday, a week after she said she would, I went to the shop in person and got the information from someone else. When I went to pick up the car, over a month after I'd dropped it off for a relatively minor problem, they gave me a bill which was 40% higher than the estimate. I know sometimes things happened, but 40% with no prior discussion is unreasonable. When I asked the estimator why, she said that there were things that are sometimes one price, and sometimes another. She then said, "it is what it is." After that she said, "sorry" half heartedly but that's hardly an apology after what she'd already said. I will be calling my insurance company to tell them they shouldn't recommend this place any more.

This Dealership Customer Service Is Horrible! I had brought my Cadillac Escalade in for a recall…read moreand to have the door latch repaired under warranty! After them having the vehicle for a few days I got called it was all set and ready for pickup. I showed up the pickup the escalade around 6:20PM and was nicely helped by Jordan one of the sales people! I then noticed that my front driver side wheel was damaged and the repairs for warranty were still not fixed and the service door latch system light was still appearing! Jordan was trying to help the best he can as he saw the fresh damage on my wheel he took pictures in the parking lot of my wheel as they are aftermarket vossen forged wheels. I then called in the next morning and spoke to the service manager and he was insisting i drive the vehicle all the way back for him to just look at the wheel in which everyone already had pictures of the damage they did and you can see it rubbed against the lift! Also noted I then reached out to my warranty company and they claimed a BCM had failed and they forged my signature on the documents in which i have proof of for them to be paid prior to me picking up the vehicle! With my wife going into labor any second now I do not have the time to be able to drive back and fourth to the dealership and I just wanted it fixed correctly and not damaged I do not want my car going back to them. Forging Documents Damaging My Escalade Forged Wheels Not repairing the Issue it was dropped off I reached out as this dealership doesn't have a specific general manager or present person to help get this fixed for me other than the direct department people!

Instead if clicking on the that icon, I clicked on Chat and asked why a price would not be shown. I was directed to click on the icon. When clicking on the Price icon I was brought to a series of fields including Required Name, Email, and Zip Code, which I filled out. There was a Preferred Contact field in which I selected email. When I selected email, my phone immediately appeared in the Phone field even though I never entered it. I was a trick that I happened to get lucky in noticing and proceeded to delete it before submitting it. I had just completely deleting my Spam folder when the folder showed 1 email again; an email from Holloway Buick GMC Cadillac. Curious, I opened it and decided to reply with a complaint. When clicking on reply, it sent me to a WARNING page telling me to Go back! Steer clear of the Holloway Buick GMC Cadillac website AND their dealership! When I didn't give my cell, they stole it. When I gave them my email, they spammed me!
