It dented up the top of my cab and hood on my '09 F250. I brought it to Steve because he had been by next door neighbor and I'd had him do work in the past which was excellent. He contracted out the hail damage to an outfit that specialized in hail damage. The hood came out good, but whatever they did with the cab roof, it lost all of its structural support. This was evident the first time I drove through a car wash. I thought the roof was going to cave in, and it left creases. I also had Steve replace my tailgate. When I tow my boat, I keep my tailgate down. Shortly after leaving my driveway, with boat in tow, I heard a bang. Once I stopped and looked it over, I noticed that when he replaced the tailgate, that he also replaced the support cables. The original cables had spring lock tabs to prevent the cables from coming off. When he put the new cables on, the spring lock tabs weren't replaced/reinstalled, so when I went over a small bump, both cables came off, and the tailgate hit my trailer ball and left a big dent. I brought it back, but he wouldn't make good on it, even though it was his fault. We all make mistakes. He should have owned up to it and fixed it, but he didn't. Pretty dissapointing service, especially for a former neighbor and repeat customer.

If…read moreyou're looking for a cheap car with no frills service and one of the dirtiest dealerships I've ever seen, then you'll love it there! The management at this establishment is A JOKE. The GM, Pete, is probably one of the most patronizing unprofessional people I have ever come across. He is the reason why people hate buying cars. Right after I purchased my car I noticed an alignment issue where my car was pulling to the left. After several phone calls with the GM, finance manager(ridiculous, right?) and service, my car was dropped off several times over a 3 week period for them to finally fix the problem. After all was said and done I cancelled my service contract with them because I don't ever want to go back to deal with that place again. I have to add that once Brian joined them as their service manager my car was fixed promptly and most importantly, correctly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Brandon in finance was polite and honest and genuinely thrilled for me. The car is great, clean, and I am 100% satisfied. The other review on here is from 2013. I am not disputing that there may have been issues at Key in the past. I wouldn't know. But I can say that now, in 2016, my experience was a refreshingly easy and honest one.

That experience is 5-stars. On the other hand, the service department is sub par. What their mechanic couldn't find as a brake rotor problem was found by my mechanic with an isolation test. Additionally, I've asked them 3 times to remove me from their solicitation list. I still get calls, emails and texts that still do not stop. I'm ready to report them to the NH Atty General's Office-Consumer Division if it continues. I get that maintenance/repair is more of a money maker than car sales, but let's be honest, we as consumers don't need the pressure. It's disappointing because I likely won't buy another truck from them again.

While the sales process itself was not without issues--including having to advocate for and seek clarification regarding a MILITARY discount--he ultimately chose to go through with the purchase. As part of the transaction, the dealership provided him with a loaner vehicle while additional work was being completed on his truck. What they failed to adequately communicate was that the loaner was a diesel vehicle. My father is 73 years old and has never owned or operated a diesel truck. Despite this, he was given the vehicle without clear verbal instruction regarding its fuel requirements. Also, the truck was provided with an extremely low fuel level, needing gas immediately after leaving the dealership. Believing he was driving a standard gasoline-powered truck, he filled it with regular gasoline. Less than two miles later, the vehicle began exhibiting serious performance issues. A situation like this was entirely foreseeable. Providing an unfamiliar diesel vehicle to a customer who has never driven one (much less an elderly one), failing to clearly communicate its fuel requirements, and sending it out nearly empty creates an unnecessary risk of exactly this type of incident occurring. What is most troubling is the dealership's apparent unwillingness to accept responsibility for its role in what happened. Customers--especially senior citizens--deserve clear communication, transparency, and reasonable safeguards when being entrusted with unfamiliar vehicles. I am currently exploring all available options regarding this matter, including consultation with legal counsel and maybe news outlets. At a minimum, this experience reflects a significant failure in customer service and customer care, in addition to borderline elder abuse if not constituting as such. Potential customers should proceed with caution and ensure that every detail is clearly explained before accepting a vehicle from this dealership. BEWARE.
